The multiple stages of development may include a fourth virtual network including a group of staging servers. The multiple stages of development may include a fifth virtual network including a group of production servers. The system may connect to the first virtual network, the second virtual network, the third virtual network, the fourth virtual network, and the fifth virtual network in a hub-and-spoke configuration.

Abstract: An integrated fleet vehicle management system provides remote management and diagnostics and analysis of vehicles. The system provides integration across many layers including on board units (OBUs) in vehicles, a telematics layer collecting OBU data, enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications, a data and analytics layer platform including data storage, and a mobility platform. The above integration enables management and diagnostics of vehicles and analysis of vehicle data for servicing and determining productivity.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for analyzing data that includes security threat information. One of the methods includes identifying intelligence types that each categorizes a subset of data, associating, for each of the intelligence types, each of the subsets of data, which are categorized by the respective intelligence type, with the respective intelligence type, determining rules for a third party that each indicate that the third party should receive data associated with particular types of potential security threats and priority information for the data, determining, for each of the potential security threats indicated in the rules, a group of the subsets that include information associated with the respective potential security threat, assigning, for each subset in each of the groups, a priority to the respective subset using the priority information, and providing the determined subsets to the third party using the respective priorities.

In one aspect of the invention, the method and system provide program milestone tracking for an integration of businesses, where the businesses are subject to a merger or acquisition. The system provides a collaboration environment computer program for assisting a group of individuals performing the integration of businesses. The collaboration environment computer program provides administrative controls and communication among the group of individuals. A project management computer program assists the group of individuals and is configured to manage project schedules, budgets, and timeframes. A program milestone component is established and configured to facilitate creating and tracking program milestones for the collaboration environment computer program.

Abstract: A disclosed example may accurately start and stop a recording of an event based on accurate event scheduling information from a channel broadcaster. A start time and stop time for a recording of the event may be scheduled according to EPG data. In response to determining that the channel is a controlled channel, which includes accurate event scheduling information provided by a channel broadcaster, a recording may be initially scheduled for the event according to the EPG data with an extended duration of a predetermined time value. The digitally encoded transport stream may be continuously monitored to detect a new event and the detected new event may then be mapped to the event. As a result, the recording time of the event may be accurately updated by extracting a set of parameters from the accurate event schedule information of the new event.

Abstract: A system may include computer code for analyzing an upgrade from a first version to a second version of a software program that has been customized without performing the upgrade. The system may provide default state information of default program objects. The default program objects would be included in a default installation of the second version of the software program. The computer code may retrieve current state information of current program objects from an application database. The software program that has been customized may include the current program objects. The system may generate upgrade information based on a comparison between the current state information and the default state information. The upgrade information may identify a subset of the current program objects that would be impacted by the upgrade.

Abstract: A method for component discovery from source code may include receiving source code, and determining business classes by excluding packages and classes in the source code identified as belonging to a presentation layer, as belonging to a data access layer, as models and/or as utilities. The method may further include extracting multi-dimensional features from the business classes, estimating similarity for business class pairs based on the extracted multi-dimensional features, clustering the business classes based on the similarity and mapping functional concepts to the clusters. The clusters generated by the clustering may represent components of the source code. The method may also include determining interfaces for the components based on the clustering.

Abstract: Biometric matching technology, in which a watch list is managed, multiple images of a potential suspect are accessed, and parallel pre-processing of the multiple images is controlled. Based on the pre-processing, an image of the potential suspect to use in matching against the watch list is determined and the determined image is used to search sorted biometric data included in the watch list. A subset of persons from the watch list is identified based on the search and parallel analysis of the determined image of the potential suspect against detailed biometric data associated with the subset of persons in the watch list is controlled. Based on the parallel analysis, it is determined whether the potential suspect matches a person in the watch list and a result is outputted based on the determination.

The data interface implements a data link layer that efficiently caches, stores, and locates query results, while simultaneously handling security. The data link layer may include load balancing, efficient cache refresh, and other features.

Abstract: A method for managing a public transport system comprises receiving information indicating a change of status of a component of a public transport system; identifying a commuter who is affected by the change of status; generating an alternative travel advisory for the commuter based on the change of status; and transmitting the alternative travel advisory to the commuter. In some embodiments the change of status includes a delay in an expected time of arrival of a public transport vehicle; identifying the commuter includes locating the commuter in the vehicle; and the alternative travel advisory includes a message advising the commuter to leave the vehicle. In some embodiments, locating the commuter in the vehicle is based on comparing a location of the commuter with a location of the vehicle. In some embodiments, the method further comprises receiving from the commuter information indicating that the commuter has boarded the vehicle.

Abstract: While a user is viewing content on a computer display, the universal data relationship inference engine presents related information from disparate data sources. A normalized index is maintained that indexes content to a set of standard taxonomy terms. The inference engine parses content being viewed by the user. If the content includes tags for some of the standard taxonomy terms, then the system may provide the user with the ability to view the related content that is indexed by the normalized index. If there are not taxonomy tags then the system may attempt to recognize non-standard taxonomy terms in the content in order to provide the user with related content. The inference engine may also identify related content by identifying synonyms to the taxonomy terms.

Abstract: A system, method and article of manufacture are provided for account and customer creation in an online banking model. An application is received from a customer. The application includes information relating to the user and also documentation relating to the user. A first computer is utilized to create a profile for the customer based on the application received from the customer. The first computer is also utilized to create an account for the customer. Information relating to the created profile and account is transmitted from the first computer to a second computer where a notification is generated. The notification indicates that the account has been created. The notification is transmitted from the second computer to the customer utilizing a network.

Abstract: An incident triage engine performs incident triage in a system by prioritizing responses to incidents within the system. One prioritization method may include receiving attributes of incidents and assets in the system, generating cumulative loss forecasts for the incidents, and prioritizing the responses to the incidents based on the cumulative loss forecasts for the incidents. Another prioritization method may include determining different arrangements of incidents within a response queue, calculating cumulative queue loss forecasts for the different arrangements of incidents within the response queue, and arranging the incidents in the response queue based on the arrangement of incidents that minimizes the total loss to the system over the resolution of all of the incidents present in the response queue.

Abstract: A system comprehensively tests each feasible path in a policy-based Extensible Markup Language (XML) workflow. The system may receive an input workflow and parse workflow (or proxy code of the workflow) to construct a policy control flow graph. The system may identify paths in the policy control flow graph, such as each feasible path in the policy control flow graph. The system may determine path constraints for the identified paths, where the path constraints identify path conditions for traversing the identified path in the policy control flow graph. Then, the system may generate a set of test inputs for the workflow using the path constraints that, when input into the policy-based XML workflow, cause the workflow to traverse the identified paths.

Abstract: Among other things, processing an incoming message stream includes storing context data of an application in a global database. Various messages from the incoming message stream are placed in an in-memory message queue. One of at least a first and a second phases at a first process is executed, and another of the at least first and second phases at a second process is also executed, so as to alternately execute a first phase and a second phase by a first process and a second process. The first phase includes processing at least one message from the various messages and storing at least one corresponding result in a local memory area. The first phase also includes storing at least one modification to the context data in the local memory area. The second phase includes performing a transaction of the at least one result and the at least one modification of the context data to the global database and committing the transaction.

Abstract: A system includes a database that stores attributes of applications that are descriptive of source code included in the applications and identification data that identifies the applications to which the attributes apply. The attributes are mined through a programmatic analysis of one or more repositories in which the applications are stored, and the programmatic analysis includes programmatic analysis of the source code included in the applications to derive the attributes. The system also includes a computer system configured to handle queries against the attributes of the applications stored in the database and provide output based on the handling of queries against the attributes of the applications stored in the database.
