Abstract: A method and system for providing natural language processing in a communication system is disclosed. A voice request is generated with a remote terminal that is transmitted to a base station. A speech recognition application is then used to identify a plurality of words that are contained in the voice request. After the words are identified, a grammar associated with each word is also identified. Once the grammars have been identified, each word is categorized into a respective grammar category. A structured response is then generated to the voice request with a response generation application.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides for affording synchronization in an automated scripting framework. First, script data is received utilizing a language-driven interface. Then, reports having user readable sentences are created based on the received script data. The received script data is then translated into automation code. Finally, automated testing is provided utilizing the automation code.

The application includes information relating to the user and also documentation relating to the user. Information relating to the created profile and account is transmitted from the first computer to a second computer where a notification is generated. Abstract: A method and system for providing a financial analysis for enhanced wireless communication services provides a financial analysis for a service provider or another user interested in the provision of enhanced wireless communications services. The method includes accepting user input related to an existing wireless communications service and a proposed enhanced wireless communications service. A reference database is accessed for reference to general market data related to the proposed enhanced wireless communication service and a standard adoption curve for adoption of the enhanced wireless communication service. The standard adoption curve is adjusted to obtain an adjusted adoption curve based on the accepted user-specific input. A graphical depiction of a financial analysis is presented to the user based on an evaluation of the adjusted adoption curve and the general market data.

Abstract: A method and system for routing call failures in a location-based services system. A remote terminal is connected to a location-based services system and is used to generate a voice-based tailored request for information. The voice-based tailored request for information is interpreted with a voice recognition application and a natural language processing application. If the voice recognition application or the natural language processing application fail to determine the meaning of the tailored request for information to a predetermined level of accuracy then the remote terminal is routed to a call center.

A report of records that match the data management template and records that do not match the data management template is compiled.

Abstract: A method of retrieving product information and ordering products is disclosed. A consumer observes a product in its real world usage context and scans an RFID tag embedded in the product. A mobile terminal is used to transmit the RFID tag to a computer connected to a computer network. The computer transmits product specification information to the mobile terminal. The consumer may also be given the option of purchasing the product in real time.

Abstract: A data management architecture for a netcentric computing system is disclosed by the present invention. The data management architecture includes a plurality of database servers that are in communication with a plurality of data stores to form a distributed data storage system. The distributed data storage system is operably configured within the network of the netcentric computing system to be accessed by a plurality of clients using web servers. The distributed data storage system may comprise a distributed by instance data storage system or a distributed by location data storage system. The data stores within the distributed data storage system each store a predetermined portion of the data for the netcentric computing system. The predetermined portion of the data that is within each of the data stores is determined using a plurality of data distribution strategies.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a web-based financial management system for providing personalized financial coaching to a user. The system operates in a collaborative computing environment between the user and a financial advisor and comprises a service level subsystem and an advice generating subsystem. The service level subsystem allows the user to negotiate a service level agreement that defines the user's desired level of support and limits access to user provided information. The advice generating subsystem is coupled to the service level subsystem and includes one or more coaching engines that dynamically analyze the financial needs of the user in accordance with the user's service level agreement. Furthermore, the coaching engine provides customized financial advice tailored to the user's life intentions.

When a user removes an article of clothing from the wardrobe closet, the wardrobe closet suggests other articles of clothing that match the removed article of clothing. The wardrobe closet may also be connected to websites via the Internet. The wardrobe closet may determine the user's clothing needs and find clothing offered for sale at one or more web sites. The user is then allowed to purchase the clothing.

Abstract: An agent based system utilizes a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA)-based, Global Positioning System (GPS)-enabled information gathering agent that relies on knowledge of a shopper's physical location to support a shopping task while shopping at a mall. Shoppers indicate their shopping goals to the system. Then, as shoppers stroll through a mall, the system informs them of the availability of items of interest to them available in the immediately surrounding stores, as well as any cheaper local alternatives.
