  • Patent number: 10055646
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for identifying people depicted in images. In one aspect, a process includes receiving an image from a camera. A face of a person is detected in the image. The image is compared to a set of images stored in a local cache. A determination is made whether the face of the person matches a face of a person depicted by at least one image of the set of images. In response to determining that the face of the person does not match a face of a person depicted by at least one image of the set of images, a selection is made of a highest quality image of the face of the person. A server system compares the highest quality image to images from data for the multiple people to identify the person.

  • Publication number: 20180232204
Abstract: Electronically received data is validated based on a digital data image that is scanned from a paper document. Known paper document source entities, paper document types and associated paper document configuration information are stored in a database. The paper documents are converted to digital data images and optically processed to identify respective source entity and document type information represented within the digital data images. Appropriate document configuration information is retrieved based on association with the detected type of document. Validation target data is extracted from the digital data images based on the configuration information and processed. The electronically received data is validated based on the extracted and processed validation target data.

  • Patent number: 10049332
Abstract: Information related to tasks and resources is leveraged in a computer system to assign one or more new tasks to one or more resources. The approach relies upon historical and predictive data associated with the tasks and resources of a system to assign tasks to resources in a manner which seeks to optimize one or more qualities of task handling. Tasks can then be distributed to their respective resources according to a task assignment so that they may be handled.

  • Patent number: 10042685
Abstract: An extensible single point orchestration system receives service requests from applications. In dependence upon the service request a single third party provider service or multiple third party provider services is identified. When the single third party provider service is identified, the system dynamically adapts a core capability service, using a stored configuration entity, so as to set an appropriate message format and transmit a service call message to an external API of the identified single third party provider service. When multiple third party provider services are identified, the system dynamically adapts the core capability service, using another stored configuration entity, so as to set a respective appropriate message format for parallel data transmission of service call messages to each of the respective identified third party provider services and transmits the service call messages to respective external APIs of each of the third party provider services.

  • Patent number: 10031839
Abstract: A device may obtain text to be processed to extract constraints corresponding to an object in the text. The constraints may define values permitted to be associated with the object. The device may extract the constraints based on identifying patterns in the text. The device may generate, based on the constraints, positive test data and negative test data for testing values for the object. The positive test data may include a first value that satisfies each of the constraints, and the negative test data may include a second value that violates at least one of the constraints. The device may provide information that identifies the positive test data and the negative test data.

  • Patent number: 10033597
Abstract: Cloud computing has emerged as an extremely popular implementation option for a wide range of computing services. However, provisioning services into the cloud is an extremely difficult technical challenge. This is due in part to the regular emergence of new cloud service providers, as well as the routine changing and reconfiguration of the disparate computing platforms, services, assets, supported technical components, and other features offered by the service providers. An analysis architecture determines how to map a particular technical component into the execution environment of any particular service provider with the aid of translation scripts.

  • Patent number: 10026330
Abstract: The disclosed embodiments include computerized methods and systems, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for objectively characterizing an impact of an intervention on individuals or groups. For example, a computing system may obtain, and store in a data lake, intervention data identifying interventions, and objective data characterizing an impact of these interventions on at least one individual. The computer system may also populate a queryable interface with query parameters (e.g., at least one of the interventions and at least a portion of the objective data), which may be presented to a user via a device. The computer system may obtain stored intervention and objective data consistent with a received query, which may be provided to the device for presentation to the user. The disclosed embodiments also provide a visual representation of trends in the stored data and candidate interventions the address the identified trends without user input.
