It is determined to assess the ETA if a timer measurement is not less than the reassess time or if a trigger to reassess is received.

The test script is then selected from the testing queue and forwarded if the bias factors indicate that requirements of the test script match corresponding bias factors of the testing individual.

When the virtual machine is turned on, the central server sends it a secret text string. The virtual machine requests the credentials from the central server by transmitting the secret string and its instance ID. The central server validates the secret string and source IP to determine whether they are authentic. Once verified, the central server transmits the credentials to the virtual machine in a secure channel and invalidates the secret string. The credentials can now be used to authenticate API calls.

To access dynamic content, the browser is able to select from the virtual machines based in large part on the reported current loads of the virtual machines.
