  • Patent number: 10649200
Abstract: In a binocular loupe production method capable of attaching a loupe to a carrier lens at a correct downward attachment angle by measuring a forward tilting angle of a worker accurately, a square marker is attached to a frame having the carrier lens, and the face of a user wearing the frame and looking at a working operation point P located below while assuming a working posture taken when he or she uses the binocular loupe is photographed from the working operation point P. A forward tilting angle ? of the carrier lens is calculated on the basis of the degree of change from the square shape to a trapezoidal shape of the marker in an oblique image of the face photographed from below, and a downward attachment angle r at which a loupe is attached to the carrier lens is determined according to the forward tilting angle ?.

  • Publication number: 20200060582
Abstract: It is an object to provide a body distortion detection system for detecting distortion of the body from postures of natural manners in daily action of an examinee. A body distortion detection system includes a posture detection apparatus mounted on the body of an examinee, and a distortion determination apparatus. Upon acquiring acceleration information periodically from an acceleration sensor mounted on a part for detecting a movement of the body of the examinee, the posture detection apparatus calculates a moving distance of the part from the acquired acceleration information to obtain coordinates of the part in a computation processing section. Then, the apparatus stores coordinates obtained by the computation processing section point by point in memory. The distortion determination apparatus determines distortion of the body, based on a tilt angle of the part calculated from a series of coordinates read by connection to the memory.

Abstract: The present invention is to provide a tissue excision instrument used for medical purposes such as diagnosis, curing, or examination of a living body and excellent in operability. A cylindrical blade part has an annular-shaped blade edge externally sharpened such that the diameter thereof is reduced more toward the tip relative to a diameter d of a blade part body. The blade edge has three curved parts provided at equal intervals along the circumference. The curved parts are irregularities which are formed along the axial direction of the blade part by arc-shaped gentle curves, by which a plurality of arches are formed on the circumference of the blade edge.

  • Patent number: 10175507
Abstract: In assembling a binocular loupe device, a loupe of the binocular loupe device is attached to an appropriate position at a correct angle according to a pupil position of a user in a near vision state. A rectangular, transparent measurement assisting plate fixed to a frame before attachment of a loupe is worn by a user, and the face of the user in a near vision state is photographed by a camera from a work object point P to obtain a first image. The first image is subjected to arithmetic processing by a computer to measure, on the first image, coordinate positions of respective four vertexes of the measurement assisting plate and coordinate positions of respective left and right pupils of the user in the near vision state, and determines the loupe attachment position and/or loupe attachment angle on a plane of the plate member from the measured coordinate positions.

  • Patent number: 10057547
Abstract: A medical image recording device includes an image pickup device generating an image pickup signal by photoelectrically converting light reflected from a subject with use of an image pickup element, wherein an image pickup control unit displays, on a display unit, image data generated for each of frames constituting a video by processing the image pickup signal. A recording control unit records the image data on a memory card. A movement detection unit sequentially compares the image data between the adjacent frames, and calculates an amount of movement of the image pickup device from a positional shift of a main subject between the adjacent frames. If the amount of movement is within a preset range, a camera shake correction unit corrects a blur. If the amount of movement is greater than an upper limit of the range, the recording control unit stops recording of image data on the memory card.

  • Patent number: 9987091
Abstract: A medical instrument includes a rod-shaped grasp portion at a base end thereof, a functional portion used in medical practice at a front end thereof, and a shape-memory portion including a rod-shaped shape-memory alloy provided between the grasp portion and the functional portion. The grasp portion includes a holding portion having a space in which one end of the shape-memory portion is inserted from the longitudinal direction. The instrument has a gap between an outer surface of the shape-memory portion and an inner surface of the holding portion, and in bending the shape-memory portion, the shape-memory portion is capable of deforming within the range of the gap. Then, by bending, the outer surface of the shape-memory portion comes into contact with an inner edge portion of an opening of the holding portion, and thereby restricts deformation of the shape-memory portion beyond the predetermined range.
