  • Patent number: 8459758
Abstract: A drawer slide with an auto close dampening system with reset feature is disclosed. The drawer slide may incorporate a stationary slide member attached to a frame of the drawer and a pin in fixed relative position to a drawer box of the drawer. A carriage is attached to the stationary slide member and has an actuator that is releasably engageable with the pin. The actuator works in conjunction with the pin to automatically close the drawer box to the closed position. During malfunction, the actuator is drawn back to a retracted position so that the auto close mechanism no longer automatically closes the drawer box when the drawer box is traversed to the closed position. The actuator includes a ramp so that the pin may be pushed over the ramp and engage back with the actuator to reset the auto close mechanism.

  • Publication number: 20120306476
Abstract: A phase detection apparatus for an alternator is disclosed according to an embodiment of the present invention. The phase detection apparatus comprises a waveform detector, a threshold voltage generator, and a comparator. The waveform detector is used for detecting a wave peak of a phase signal, and generating a waveform detection signal accordingly. The threshold voltage generator is used for generating a reference signal according to the waveform detection signal. The comparator is used for comparing the phase signal with the reference signal, and generating a comparison signal accordingly. Therefore, the phase detection apparatus for the alternator may reduce the leakage current of a battery in a vehicle.

  • Patent number: 8283966
Abstract: An integrator circuit is provided in the present invention, which utilizes a first capacitor and a first switching unit to sample an input signal and carries out distribution of charges between the first capacitor and a second capacitor. The second capacitor is larger than the first capacitor in capacitance. The integrator circuit transmits the charges stored in the second capacitor to a node of the first capacitor which is coupled to a ground previously. Accordingly, a direct current voltage level of the first capacitor may increase, facilitating an increase in a direct current voltage level at the second capacitor. Thereby, the accuracy and linearity of the integrator circuit may improve.

  • Patent number: 8207710
Abstract: Provided is a regulator adapted to the various vehicle alternators of the present invention. The regulator particularly includes a coding circuit and a control circuit. The coding circuit is used to provide the different selectable codes. A laser trimming technology is introduced to form an open circuit over the coding circuit, in order to set a code. The control circuit is used to predetermine the various function selections in accordance with the various codes. The coding circuit includes an amplifier, a first input resistor, and a second resistor. The first input resistor is interconnected to a high-voltage end and an input end of the amplifier in series. The second input resistor is further interconnected to the input end and a low-voltage end in series. The open circuit is particularly formed on the first input resistor or the second input resistor for regulating the output voltage and setting a code.

  • Patent number: 7367597
Abstract: A push-to-open latch is selectively moveable between latched and unlatched positions. The push-to-open latch comprises a latch assembly that is reciprocatable relative to a catch assembly. The latch assembly includes a latch housing having a housing bore extending to a housing bottom wall. A pin rod shaft extends upwardly from the housing bottom wall and has a pin rod dowel extending outwardly therefrom. The catch assembly includes a catch housing with an inner and outer cam rotatably disposed therewithin and having mating ends that collectively define a cam interior. The inner and outer cam mating ends have cam bores and inner and outer cam mating end ramps that cooperate to alternately engage and release the pin rod dowel from the cam interior such that the push-to-open latch is respectively placed in the latched and unlatched positions during reciprocation of the pin rod shaft through the cam bore.

  • Patent number: 7047639
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a heat-dissipating structure of a rectifier combines heat pipes into the heat-dissipating structure of the rectifier to enhance the heat-dissipating efficiency thereof. A metal tube of a heat pipe is has an inlet. A wick structure is formed inside the metal tube. The inlet of the metal tube is sealed. The metal tube is disposed in a mold of a heat-dissipating shell. A melted metal is cast into the mold and forms a heat-dissipating shell. The heat-dissipating shell is taken out from the mold. The sealed inlet of the metal tube in the heat-dissipating shell is cut. The metal tube is filled with a working fluid. The inlet of the metal tube is sealed.
