  • Patent number: 7705785
Abstract: An antenna has a plurality of metallic patches and a feed network both being spaced apart from a ground plate at different levels to obtain better radiation pattern and gain effects. Each of the metallic patches has a body with an outer edge from which an inclined wing extends upwardly and outwardly. Furthermore, the metallic patches and the feed network are integrally formed by bending a single piece of metal plate, thus the antenna improves the design flexibility and also simplifies the production process.

  • Patent number: 7686644
Abstract: A battery connector has an insulative housing, a plurality of contact terminals mounted in the insulative housing and a washer mounted on the insulative housing. The insulative housing has a first surface, a second surface, a third surface and a plurality of notches defined through the third surface. Each notch communicates with a first opening and a second opening respectively defined on the first surface and the second surface. Each contact terminal has a flat base portion and a U-shaped resilient portion extending from the base portion. The base portion has a second contact portion. The resilient portion has a first contact portion. The washer encloses around the periphery of the insulative housing and is adjacent to the first surface. Therefore, when the battery connector is mounted to a circuit board, the washer prevents or moisture from getting into the battery connector.

  • Patent number: 7683840
Abstract: An integrated broadband antenna device with wide band function is disclosed. The antenna device comprises a ground plate, a feeding wire, a first metal radiator, a second metal radiator, a ground metal radiator and a parasitic metal radiator. The first metal radiator is connected with the positive ends of signals of the feeding wire for transmitting electric signals and producing a high frequency mode. The first metal radiator is coupled to and energizes the second metal radiator and the parasitic metal radiator, and then the two metal radiator producing a low frequency mode and a second high frequency mode along with the ground metal radiator obtains a wider bandwidth. The broadband antenna device integrating various kinds of antennas is able to have a enough bandwidth to meet the requirements of AMPS (824˜894 MHz), GSM (880˜960 MHz), GPS (1575 MHz), DCS (1710˜1880 MHz), PCS (1850˜1990 MHz), UMTS (1920˜2170 MHz) and Wi-Fi (2400˜2500 MHz).

  • Patent number: 7662000
Abstract: An electric connector has an insulative housing, a plurality of probe contacts and a plurality of terminals. The insulative housing has a plurality of mounting holes and a plurality of mounting slots. The mounting slots communicate respectively with and are perpendicularly to the mounting slots. The probe contacts are mounted respectively in the mounting holes. The terminals are mounted respectively in the mounting slots and respectively hold the probe contacts and each terminal has a fastening portion. The fastening portion is perpendicularly to and securely holds one probe contact. The terminal with the fastening portion is mounted perpendicularly on the probe contact instead of sliding longitudinally along the tubular body. Therefore, the terminal would not wear the probe contact.
