Abstract: It has been surprisingly found that human oocytes lack the important spindle-associated protein KIFC1/HSET. The application describes a method stabilising the human spindle with KIFC1/HSET. Specifically, the method relates to introducing (i) KIFC1/HSET protein or (ii) mRNA encoding KIFC1/HSET into a human oocyte. Furthermore, the application relates to a non-naturally occurring human oocyte, wherein a (i) KIFC1/HSET protein or (ii) KIFC1/HSET mRNA has been introduced into a naturally occurring human oocyte thereby obtaining the non-naturally occurring oocyte. Additionally, the application relates to a (i) KIFC1/HSET protein or (ii) mRNA encoding the KIFC1/HSET for use in a method of lowering the probability of having a disorganized and/or a multipolar spindle during mitosis in a human zygote by introducing the (i) KIFC1/HSET protein or (ii) mRNA encoding the KIFC1/HSET into the human zygote.

Abstract: A system and method for imaging a self-bootstrapping computing node includes booting, from a boot device, the computing node into a bootstrapping environment using a bootstrap operating system, where the bootstrap operating system is configured with an address of an imaging location, accessing the imaging location and receiving a software image for the computing node, and, imaging the computing node using the software image including installing another operating system on the computing node to boot from the boot device. Monitoring a status of the computing node's imaging operations using an application programming interface (API), monitoring a health status of the computing node, and enabling restart of the boot process upon failure (e.g., self-healing, self-recovery, etc.), is also described.

Abstract: Some embodiments provide a non-transitory machine-readable medium that stores a program. The program receives a set of master data for an entity from a master data system. The set of master data for the entity comprises a master data entity ID for uniquely identifying the entity. The program further receives a set of data associated with the entity from a set of applications configured to generate data associated with the entity and reference the entity using the master data entity ID when generating the of set data associated with the entity. The program also sends the set of master and the set of data associated with the entity to a search system for the search system to aggregate the set of master data for the entity and the set of data associated with the entity into a single record of data for the entity.

First, an Access Point (AP) Multilink Device (MLD) may receive an indication that a non-AP MLD supports preference ordering for requested links (that are indicated in the Per-STA profile sub-elements). Then the AP MLD may indicate that it supports preference ordering for requested links (that are indicated in the Per-STA profile sub-elements). Next, the AP MLD may receive from the non-AP MLD, a desired preference ordering for the requested link. The AP MLD may then consider the desired preference ordering for requested links.

In this application, a luminance range of a screen can be fully utilized for image display, and optimal end-to-end experience is achieved.

An SF and an SG adopt an asymmetric spacer structure, so that the pitch from a lower end of a source metal plug of the SG to SG gate poly can be reduced while keeping the pitch from a lower end of a drain metal plug of the SF to SF gate poly unchanged, thus reducing the pitch from a drain connecting point of the SF to a source connecting point of the SG. Since a source of the SG is not connected with working voltage and it is not influenced by leakage, not only can GIDL current be maintained, but also parasitic resistance can be reduced. Without changing its effective size, it can reduce the parasitic resistance effect while reducing the area of a combined structure of the SF and the SG.
