Abstract: Disclosed herein are a user scheduling and beamformer design method, apparatus, and storage medium for multi-user MIMO downlink based on two-stage beamforming or single-stage beamforming. The user scheduling and beamformer design method includes 1) a two-step feedback approach, 2) the use of orthonormal reference beam vectors, 3) computation of the angle between the user's channel vector and each of the orthonormal reference beam vectors, 4) first-step feedback of the reference beam index to which the user's channel vector's angle is less than a certain threshold and feedback of the user's channel vector's norm, 5) selection of roughly orthogonal users with large channel norm based on the use of reference beam vectors and the channel norm feedback, 6) second-step feedback of the channel state information (CSI) from the scheduled users, 7) design of multi-user downlink beamformer for the scheduled users based on the second-step feedback of the CSI of the scheduled users.

Abstract: A multi-bit capacitorless DRAM according to the embodiment of the present invention may be provided that includes: a substrate; a source and a drain formed on the substrate; a plurality of nanowire channels formed on the substrate; a gate insulation layer formed in the plurality of nanowire channels; and a gate formed on the gate insulation layer. Two or more nanowire channels among the plurality of nanowire channels have different threshold voltages. Each of the nanowire channels includes: a silicon layer; a first epitaxial layer which is formed to surround the silicon layer; and a second epitaxial layer which is formed to surround the first epitaxial layer. As a result, the high integration multi-bit capacitorless DRAM which operates at multi-bits can be implemented and a performance of accumulating excess holes can be improved by using energy band gap.

Abstract: A method of identifying an item of video content involves providing a spatial hash value and a temporal hash value for each image in a video collection. Each hash value is based on a measure of the entropy in differences between pixel values. A table of the pair of hash values against timecode is created and ordered according to one of the hash values. A search for a given pair of hash values can then be confined to that part of the table that matches the first value.

The catalyst exhibits improved isoparaffin yield when it is used as a catalyst for hydroisomerization of normal paraffins such as diesel or lube base oil by supporting an active metal component because residence time of reactants and products in the zeolite crystals are decreased due to mesopores and the proportion of external acid sites to total acid sites is low.
