Abstract: The present specification suggests a method for improving performance degradation caused by frequent handovers when a terminal moves among several cells, particularly among dense small cells. To this end, required are cooperative transmission among cells and a new handover method. A base station receives RSRP information about an anchor cell and a neighboring cell and configures a cooperation-based cell cluster using the RSRP information. If RSRP values are compared and meet specific conditions, the anchor cell and the neighboring cell carry out cooperative communication. If the RSRP values of the anchor cell and an anchor candidate cell are compared during the cooperative communication and meet specific conditions, handover from the anchor cell to the anchor candidate cell is carried out. If the present invention is applied, when the terminal moves in an environment where small cells are dense, the number of handovers is greatly reduced and thus network burden can be lessened.

Abstract: In unipolar charging, a discharge current value at which charging efficiency is best and a discharge current dependency of multivalent charging differ depending on the particle size of the particles that are the object of charging. Therefore, for each particle size, a discharge voltage at which univalent charging efficiency is best and a discharge voltage at which the signal-to-noise ratio of a signal when particles of a different size are regarded as noise is best are obtained through experiment and stored in a storage unit (21).

Abstract: This disclosure describes a non-dissipative snubber circuit configured to boost a voltage applied to a load after the load's impedance rises rapidly. The voltage boost can thereby cause more rapid current ramping after a decrease in power delivery to the load which results from the load impedance rise. In particular, the snubber can comprise a combination of a unidirectional switch, a voltage multiplier, and a current limiter. In some cases, these components can be a diode, voltage doubler, and an inductor, respectively.
