    Abstract: A rapid heat dissipation device is provided to use for a heat source, and includes a heat conducting plate, a heat dissipating fin group, one or a plurality of heat pipes and a siphon heat-dissipating device. The heat conducting plate is thermally attached to the heat source. The heat dissipating fin group is arranged on one side of the heat conducting plate. One end of the heat pipe is fixed to the heat conducting plate, and another end is fixed to the heat dissipating fin group. The siphon heat-dissipating device is stacked above the heat pipe, and one end is fixed to the heat-conducting plate and another end is fixed to the heat-dissipating fin group. Through the siphon heat-dissipating device overlapping up and down with the heat pipe and having the same direction to achieve uniformly heat dissipating and cooling.

The handle is rotatably connected to the moving frame and has a pushing portion, and the pushed portion is on a rotation path that the pushing portion rotates with the handle. When the handle is operated, the pushing portion pushes the pushed portion, the moving frame moves relative to the fixed frame to push the corresponding oblique edge by the oblique tapered edge. The moved frame drives the daughter board to be removed from the connector.

The hard drive units are installed on the sliding tracks of the secondary racks. Each hard drive unit includes a hard drive main body and a handle installed at a front thereof. A gap is formed between the handle and the hard drive main body. A top front edge of each secondary rack includes a hollow portion formed corresponding to the gap of each hard drive unit. The hollow portions and the gaps of the hard drive units are fluidly and vertically connected to form an airflow ventilation channel.

Further, the rack management system assigns an IP address binding to the target server slot for the BMC of the newly-replaced server to replace an IP address currently used by the BMC of the newly-replaced server, so as to keep the binding effect among the target server slot, the newly-replaced server and the IP address.

The holder is pivoted to the carrier and swings between an operating angle and a maintenance angle. A first arm of the lift handle has an acting end, a resistance end, and a second pivot disposed between the acting end and the resistance end and pivoted to the holder. The first arm further has a protruding length protruding from the bottom side of the holder. When the first arm rotates around the second pivot, the resistance end protrudes the protruding length from the bottom side to rest against the carrier and the holder is lifted to the maintenance angle using the protruding length. Therefore, the storage devices in the holder, originally difficult to be maintained, can be lifted and maintained simply and quickly.

The BMC module (12) is connected to an Ethernet through a network port (17). The HDD expander (11) initially receives a wired transmitted command through the first transmission channel. When the BMC module (12) receives an Ethernet transmitted command through the Ethernet, it controls the switch (13) to change for enabling the second transmission channel, therefore, the BMC module (12) executes an interactive operation with the HDD expander (11) in accordance with the Ethernet transmitted command.
