Abstract: Process for producing hydrogen where multiple streams are heated in parallel with reformate that has passed from the shift reactor. Each of the multiple streams are heated from a temperature below the dew point of the reformate to a temperature above the dew point of the reformate by reformate that is cooled from a temperature above the dew point of the reformate to a temperature below the dew point of the reformate. The multiple streams can include two or more of water condensate, boiler feed water, hydrocarbon feedstock, and pressure swing adsorption unit by-product gas.
Abstract: There is provided a sensor assembly (200) for measuring physical properties of a gas under pressure within a pressure vessel (100). The sensor assembly (200) comprises a housing and a piezoelectric oscillator (202) for immersion in the gas within the pressure vessel (100). The sensor assembly (200) is arranged, when immersed in said gas, to measure the density of the gas within the pressure vessel (100). The housing comprises a first chamber and a second chamber. The first chamber is in fluid communication with the second chamber and substantially encloses said piezoelectric oscillator. The second chamber is in fluid communication with the interior of the pressure vessel. By providing such an arrangement, the true contents (i.e. mass) of fluid in a pressure vessel such as a cylinder can be measured directly and accurately.

Abstract: In one respect, the invention is an improved diptube design for a container for containing and dispensing a liquid chemical, the diptube generating a spring force when compressed that acts to maintain a bottom end of the diptube in contact with a bottom interior surface of the container and a notch located at a bottom edge of the bottom end of the diptube that creates a flow communication between the diptube and the interior volume of the base portion of the container. In another respect, the invention is a method of constructing a container having these limitations.
