An elongated carrying body, configured to receive an advertising display, attaches to the head portion. The carrying body extends from approximately the junction between the barrel and the head portion, to approximately the connection between the head portion and the handle, providing maximum area for display of the advertisement.

During fueling an inflation gas is supplied to the balloon shaped element which in the inflated state prominently displays the advertising message.
