  • Patent number: 12170666
Abstract: A system receives an authentication request from a requestor system for a token to access one or more computing resources associated with a computing resource service provider. The system analyzes information included with the authentication request and, based on the information included with the authentication request, selects an authentication provider from a plurality of authentication providers without additional input from the requestor system. The requestor system is redirected to the selected authentication provider such that the token is provided in response to the authentication request. The requestor system then presents the token to obtain an identity assertion that can be used to access the one or more computing resources.

  • Patent number: 12169673
Abstract: A Toffoli magic state to be injected in preparation of a Toffoli gate may be prepared using a bottom-up approach. In the bottom-up approach, computational basis states are prepared in a fault tolerant manner using a STOP algorithm. The computational basis states are further used to prepare the Toffoli magic state. The STOP algorithm tracks syndrome outcomes and can be used to determine when to stop repeating syndrome measurements such that faults are guaranteed to be below a threshold level. Also, the STOP algorithm may be used in growing repetition code from a first code distance to a second code distance, such as for use in the computational basis states.

  • Patent number: 12170087
Abstract: Techniques for altering audio being output by a voice-controlled device, or another device, to enable more accurate automatic speech recognition (ASR) by the voice-controlled device. For instance, a voice-controlled device may output audio within an environment using a speaker of the device. While outputting the audio, a microphone of the device may capture sound within the environment and may generate an audio signal based on the captured sound. The device may then analyze the audio signal to identify speech of a user within the signal, with the speech indicating that the user is going to provide a subsequent command to the device. Thereafter, the device may alter the output of the audio (e.g., attenuate the audio, pause the audio, switch from stereo to mono, etc.) to facilitate speech recognition of the user's subsequent command.
