Abstract: A reward points transfer system and process using blockchain is disclosed. Transaction account issuers may write reward transfer messages to the blockchain to initiate a transfer of reward points for a transaction account holders account to one or more rewards partners. Rewards partners may retrieve the reward transfer messages from the blockchain, and write a reward transfer response message to the blockchain to confirm receipt of the reward points transfer and to update the status of the transfer. The transaction account issuers and rewards partners may encrypt the messages and generate hashes based on the messages prior to writing to the blockchain, to ensure that the messages are not tampered with during the transfer process.

A configuration file may identify the grammar, the preselected delimiter, and/or the data source. The data source may be in an XML format or a JSON format. Abstract: Systems, methods, and articles of manufacture for expense management are disclosed. A user may submit receipts for one or more transactions into an expense management system. The expense management system may extract information from the receipts and match the extracted information to one or more of a plurality of Records of Charge (ROCs). The expense management system may match the extracted information to a ROC based on vendor name, location, time stamp, and the like. The expense management system may further assign a ROC to an expense category. The expense management system may assign a ROC to an expense category based on a standard industrial classification (SIC) code of a merchant, a category assigned to a different ROC, and a location associated with the ROC. An expense report for all submitted receipts may be generated.

The system may receive a transfer notification comprising a user public blockchain address, a merchant public blockchain address, and a transaction amount. The system may retrieve a transaction account identifier and a merchant identifier based on the user public blockchain address and the merchant public blockchain address. The system may adjust a transaction account balance associated with the user identifier based on the transaction amount. The system may credit a merchant account based on the transaction amount.

Abstract: A system for conducting transactions without a debit card or credit card may receive a request to complete a transaction including authentication data associated with a transaction account and a captured biometric template. The transaction request may lack information contained on a typical debit card or credit card. The system may identify the transaction account using the authentication data associated with the transaction account. The transaction account may be associated with a stored biometric template stored in a biometric data store. The system may also compare the stored biometric template with the captured biometric template. In response to the stored biometric template conflicting with the captured biometric template, the system may decline the transaction.

Abstract: Systems and methods for fraud management using a distributed database are disclosed. The system may receive a payment request and generate a payment request hash by cryptographically processing the payment request using a hashing algorithm. The system may invoke a fraud reporting smart contract by passing the payment request hash and a public blockchain address to the fraud reporting smart contract. The system may query a local blockchain database to locate a fraud report matching the payment request hash to determine whether the payment request has been previously reported as fraud. In response to the payment request hash not matching the fraud report, the fraud reporting smart contract is configured to write the payment request hash to the blockchain as a second fraud report.

Abstract: A system and method provide rewards or loyalty incentives to card member customers. The system includes an enrolled card member customer database, an enrolled merchant database, a participating merchant offer database and a registered card processor. The enrolled card member customer database includes transaction accounts of card member customers enrolled in a loyalty incentive program. If the purchase qualifies for a rebate credit, the registered card processor provides the rebate credit to an account of the enrolled card member customer. The registered card processor also provides for electronic notification of rewards offers or credit to prepaid cards, in response to purchases conforming to a specific set of merchant criteria.
