The system may process the chat data to determine a chat profile request, a request topic, and/or a request sentiment. The system may retrieve a user profile and/or a user chat record based on the user identifier. The system may determine a chat profile based on the chat profile request, the request topic, the request sentiment, the user profile, and/or the user chat record. The system may generate a chat response based on the chat request and the chat profile.

Abstract: A method comprises transmitting, by a merchant web-client, a signal using a low energy consuming device, wherein the signal may be received by a transaction account holder web-client, wherein the signal may carry content associated with a merchant, and wherein the merchant is associated with the merchant web-client, and/or receiving, by the merchant web-client, a response from the transaction account holder web-client, wherein the response may be transmitted by the transaction account holder web-client to the merchant web-client using the low energy consuming device. The content may comprise an advertisement associated with an item offered for sale by the merchant.

Using the present system, generally via one or more APIs, comprises a method for integrating value added services within a network of participants, for instance, a payment network. The network can use service switching capabilities to route service calls to and from the service consumers and providers using routing elements defined in a message specification. Network participants can be both consumers and providers of services. The network can route service messages to the appropriate provider depending on details in the message.

Abstract: A system for translating versioned data service requests and responses is provided. A service request for data may have multiple different versions, with each version requesting different types of data. The system may be configured to translate a service request having a versioned format into a service request having a baseline format. The system may execute the service request in the baseline format to generate a service request response, containing the data requested. The system may also be configured to translate the service request response from a baseline response format back into the versioned data service response format of the original request.

A user trust score associated with the user is computed based on user identification data associated with the user. The financial transaction risk level is matched to a corresponding one of the plurality of transaction risk levels stored in the table. The one of the plurality of required trust scores that corresponds to the corresponding one of the plurality of transaction risk levels stored in the table is identified. If the user trust score is greater than or equal to the identified one of the plurality of required trust scores, then the financial transaction is authorized.

The system may calculate a fraud risk level based on a fraud initiating request comprising identity-based data. In response to the fraud risk level indicating a risk of fraud, the system may generate an authentication challenge based on an authentication challenge type and an authentication challenge delivery channel. The system may transmit the authentication challenge and receive back an authentication challenge response. The system may verify the authentication challenge response and generate an authentication outcome based on the verification.

Abstract: A rewards management system is configured to facilitate the redemption of loyalty benefits at a financial institution and apply credits, payments, debits, and/or the like associated with the loyalty benefit to transactions that are characterized by a set of predetermined rules (e.g. an item purchased during a particular transaction, the merchant from whom the transaction originated, the vendor who manufactured the item). The system provides real-time management of the loyalty account so that the loyalty benefit can be used to offset the liability associated with a particular eligible transaction. The system may also be configured to allow a user to satisfy various obligations to the financial institution (e.g. a minimum payment associated with a statement from a transactions account). The vendor system requests payments for transactions by supplying the global external number stored in a transaction record to the financial services system. The financial services system authenticates the vendor system, and returns the corresponding funding account number. The vendor system generates a transaction settlement request using the funding account number.

Abstract: The spend capacity of a consumer typically increases as the number of consumers in the household increases, since the consumer can draw on the spending power of other consumers in the household. The size of wallet of the household is thus a better indicator of the consumer's spend capacity than an individual size of wallet. All consumers in a given household can be aggregated based on, for example, their address of record. Duplicate tradelines within each household are removed from consideration in a size of wallet estimate. A spend capacity is then estimated for each tradeline using calculations derived from a consumer behavior model. The spend capacities for all tradelines in the household are combined to determine a household size of wallet. Each consumer in the household is then tagged with the household size of wallet, rather than their individual size of wallet.
