    Abstract: Disclosed in the present application are an uplink control channel transmission method, a terminal, a base station and a device, for solving the problem, in the prior art, that no relevant solution addresses how to perform long NR-PUCCH transmission in multiple slots. The method applied to a terminal comprises: determining a total transmission length T of an uplink control channel (PUCCH) to be transmitted in P slots; determining the transmission structure of the PUCCH on the basis of T; and transmitting the PUCCH in the P slots according to the transmission structure. The present invention defines the transmission structure for long PUCCH transmission in multiple slots, realizing the normal transmission of the long PUCCH in multiple slots.

The UE determines if the wireless relay supports the video session mobility based on the received relay identifier and the association of the video session capabilities with the relay identifiers. The UE continues the video session using the initial network address when the wireless relay supports the video session mobility. The UE re-establishes the video session using the new network address when the wireless relay does not support the video session mobility.

The durable quantum dots are stably formed by injecting the lead halide solution into the formamidinium solution heated at 60° C.-90° C.
