Abstract: The disclosure provides a method and a device in a User Equipment (UE) and a base station for wireless communication. The UE first receives a first signaling, the first signaling being used for determining a number of bits included in a first bit block; then the UE performs first listening to determine that a first frequency-domain resource set is available for wireless transmission; and finally the UE transmits a first radio signal in a first time-domain resource set of the first frequency-domain resource set; a second bit block is used for generating the first radio signal, and the second bit block is obtained after the first bit block is processed through channel coding; and the first time-domain resource set is related to a number of bits not transmitted in a current second bit block and the first frequency-domain resource set. The disclosure improves opportunities of transmission on unlicensed spectrum.

Abstract: Automatic testing/analysis of local loops of telecommunications networks includes obtaining bits-per-tone data for a local loop of a telecommunications network and generating a bit value string from the bits-per-tone data. The bit value string is then analyzed to determine whether it includes a bit pattern indicative of an impairment of the local loop. Further approaches for automatically testing local loops of telecommunications networks include obtaining attenuation data for multiple tones carried by the local loop and determining whether the attenuation data falls below thresholds for providing a service using the local loop.

Abstract: A communications device acting as a relay device is configured to communicate with communications devices operating with a mobile communications network and infrastructure equipment. The relay device comprises transmitter circuitry, receiver circuitry and controller circuitry. The controller circuitry is configured to determine whether predetermined conditions relating to the setting of an indication bit have been met, wherein the indication bit indicates whether the relay device is able to form new connections with one or more of the communications devices, to set the indication bit dependent on the determination of whether the predetermined conditions have been met. The relay device is not able to form new connections with one or more of the communications devices when the predetermined conditions are met, and to broadcast the indication bit.

Abstract: Provided is a content delivery method and architecture for ways to improve the caching of content at one or more content providing devices of a Content Delivery Network (CDN). In particular, systems and methods are disclosed that vary the requirements to store resources or content within a caching device using a dynamic popularity threshold. This popularity threshold may be varied based on a measured fullness of the storage capacity of the cache device. In another example, the dynamic popularity threshold may be further varied based on a cache pressure, which is an indication of how often the cache replaces stored items with new items. The adjustment to the popularity threshold for caching particular content at the caching device may thus be based on a number of requests for content received at the device to tune the caching procedure for a particular region of the CDN.
Abstract: Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing management of routing across multiple voice or data networks with separate routing masters. In various embodiments, in response to receiving a request to establish a call between a calling party in a first network and a called party in a second network, a computing system might receive a first set of network information from a first routing database(s) that is operated by a first service provider and a second set of network information from a second routing database(s) that is operated by a second service provider separate from the first service provider; might analyze the received first and second sets of network information to generate a unified routing model for optimizing routing of the call through the first and second networks; and might establish the call through a selected optimized route based on the generated unified routing model.
Abstract: A command processing method is used to solve a problem that the terminal device cannot process a BWP switching command, a BWP activation command or a BWP deactivation command that is received in a case where there are a plurality of BWPs simultaneously activated for the terminal device, and there is ongoing random access on one or more BWPs in the activated plurality of BWPs. The method includes: receiving a first command in a case where there is at least one configured or activated BWP for the terminal device, and there is ongoing random access on at least one BWP in the at least one configured or activated BWP, the first command including at least one of the BWP switching command, the BWP activation command or the BWP deactivation command; and processing the first command according to a preset processing manner.
Abstract: A resource allocation method, a node, and a storage medium are provided. When the second radiator feeds current, the second radiator activates a third operating mode. When the second radiator feeds current, the current is further coupled to the second radiating portion through the second radiator, and the second radiating portion activates a fourth operating mode.
