Abstract: The design for modern graphical interfaces generated by an application under test (AUT) can take many forms. A codeless testing system reads the output generated by the AUT to identify components, however, scroll bars may be present but in a form that is not reliably identified. As a result, an AUT may comprise scrollable graphical elements that are not identified as such resulting in the performance of tests that are incomplete. By applying a middle button click event, an associated pointer changes form and reveals an associated graphical element to comprise a scrollable element. When the pointer change occurs, testing directed to the scrollable element is then included to perform a more complete testing of the features of the AUT.

Abstract: A method is used in managing storage space in storage systems. Storage space reserved by a storage object from a set of storage tiers is evaluated. A data storage system includes the first and second storage tiers configured such that performance characteristics associated with the first storage tier is different from the second storage tier. Based on the evaluation, storage space available and consumed in each storage tier of the set of storage tiers is determined.

Abstract: Provided is a method and system for digital voting. A digital voting system includes a Voting Administration (VA), a Trusted Third Party (TTP), a Voter and a digital voting platform which implements a Voting Chain (VC) as a Blockchain containing multiple blocks that have “roles”. These blocks include a Genesis block, a Campaign block, a Voter block, a Voting block, and a Legitimacy block. The VC contains data that is linked to an operation in the voting cycle, assigns tasks to a specific entity and establishes rules to ensure a highly secure pattern of actions and roles. The VA declares itself to the TTP, enrolls voters, releases ballots, starts election cycles using different blocks, and authenticates Voter IDs. The Voter discloses its Public Key to the TTP, casts and checks votes. The TTP registers Public Keys on the VC, verifies signatures, ensures anonymity, and registers ballots and votes.

Abstract: A load control system includes a load control device and a remote control for configuring and controlling operation of the load control device. The load control device and remote control may be mounted to an electrical wallbox. The system may be configured by associating the remote control with the load control device, and actuating a button on the remote control to configure the load control device. A second remote control device may be directly or indirectly associated with the load control device. The load control device and remote control may communicate via inductive coils that are magnetically coupled together. The remote control may be operable to charge a battery from energy derived from the magnetic coupling between the inductive coils. The load control device and remote control may include near-field communication modules that are operable to communicate wirelessly via near-field radiation.

Abstract: A universal chemical processor (UCP) including a reactor vessel having a central longitudinal axis and main chamber comprises a first inlet port for a main feedstock, a second inlet port for a fluidizing medium and a third inlet port for one or more reactants. The UCP also includes a reactive radioactive chemical processor (R2CP) that contains a radioactive element positioned extending along the longitudinal axis in the main chamber. In operation, a fluidized bed can be supported in the main chamber when a fluidizing medium and feedstock are supplied to the main chamber through the first and second inlet ports and the radioactive element of the R2CP emits ionizing radiation that is capable of ionizing feedstock and reactants, inducing chemical reactions, and sterilizing and decomposing any organic materials within a radiation zone.

Abstract: Described herein is an identity network for validating the digital identity of a user based on identity provider validation for relying parties. The identity network may receive a request to validate a user that includes attributes of the user and a device identifier of the device the user is using to access the relying party. The identity network may identify an identity provider for the user based on the device identifier or attributes of the user. The identity network may launch the identity provider application through the relying party application integration of a software development kit. Upon launch, the user may authenticate himself through the identity provider, and the identity provider may provide a second set of attributes of the user to compare with the user provided attributes. The identity network can provide a confidence score to the relying party based on the comparison of the user attribute values.

Abstract: A mount is for attaching an accessory to a fan including a downtube. The mount includes a receiver adapted for connecting to the downtube. A retainer is adapted to receive the accessory. The retainer is adapted to support and rotate about the receiver so as to position the accessory in a desired orientation. Related methods of attaching an accessory to a fan are also disclosed.

Abstract: A method manages bot dialogue. A user input is converted to a phrase vector. A set of identified tokens are identified by a token identification engine from the phrase vector. An unsupervised token is selected from the set of identified tokens. A supervised token is selected from the set of identified tokens. A voted token selected from the unsupervised token and the supervised token. A next token is identified based on a set of recent tokens that includes the voted token. The next token is presented as one of a voice communication and an email communication.

Abstract: A resource management system is disclosed herein that quickly and dynamically tailors application resource provisioning to real-time application resource consumption. The resource management system may service application requests using resources selected from a pool of servers, the pool of servers including a mixture of virtual server resources and serverless instance resources. The serverless instance resource may comprise software objects programmed using a machine image reflecting one or more states of a virtual application server booted using application-specific program code. Supporting an application using serverless instances enables dynamic scaling of application resources to support real-time application servicing loads.

Abstract: A convertible inflatable stand-up paddle board includes a main body member defining a first aperture and optionally a second aperture, and one or more panels fixed to the main body member and covering a bottom end of the apertures. A foldable seat assembly is disposed in the first aperture, and a second seat assembly is disposed in the second aperture. The seat assemblies have a seat portion and a backrest portion. The backrest portion is movable between (i) a folded position wherein a surface of the backrest portion and an upper surface of the main body member define a standing surface for the stand-up paddle board, and (ii) an upright position wherein the backrest portion extends away from the seat portion. The stand-up paddle board is thereby convertible between a stand-up configuration and a sit-down configuration.

Abstract: Methods and systems for high-speed production of nanoparticles with very high product yields are described. Systems utilize concentric micro-scale capillaries arranged to define nanoparticle formation regions that lie along predetermined length(s) of the capillaries. Flow through the formation regions can be laminar during a formation protocol. The system can include on-line analytical tools for real time characterization of products or intermediates. Systems include an additive manufacturing-type deposition at the terminus of the formation section. The deposition area includes a print head and a print bed and provides for random or patterned deposition of nanoparticles. The print head and/or the print bed can be capable of motion in one or more degrees of freedom relative to one another.

Abstract: A repeater circuit includes at least a first input, and output, and a repeater. The first input for receiving a single-ended data signal from an embedded universal serial bus (eUSB) host. The output provides a differential data signal in a differential universal serial bus (USB) format. The repeater is coupled between the first input and output for converting the single-ended data signal to a differential data signal, the repeater includes an adaptive delay element operable for both sides of the differential data signal to delay one, but not both, of a rising edge and a falling edge of the differential data signal in order to meet a crossover specification for the USB format.

The user device may determine an adjustment factor that is associated with transactions performed in a region of the location. The user device may generate, based on the adjusted value, an arrangement of tokens for a transaction involving the object and the tokens. The user device may output, via a user interface of the application, an indication of the arrangement of tokens to assist a user with engaging in the transaction.

Abstract: A system of enhancing biometric analysis matching utilizes an image sensor, such as a digital camera, to capture an image of a face of a person. The system may perform image enhancement, such as edge and contrast enhancement, prior to performing face matching. The enhancement may be localized to a given image region based on determined region illumination. The system may perform image processing and analysis comprising face detection, alignment, feature extraction, and recognition. A biometric recognition confidence indicator may be generated using the results of the image enhancement and analysis. At least partly in response to the biometric recognition confidence indicator falling below a threshold enhancing recognition confidence using an image of visual indicia captured using the image sensor.

Abstract: A robust cleaning and ventilation system for a workstation such as an office workspace, employing table geometry to create high efficiency air exchange while providing a conditioned make-up air return that completes the full ventilation process. The workstation includes a modular implementation such that the necessary equipment is not a single custom bespoke installation and can be used universally.

Abstract: A new and distinct cultivar of Hydrangea plant named ‘WNHYDFBWMH’ is disclosed, characterized by mophead inflorescences, emerging from both terminal and lateral buds. Green sepals fade to white with green streaks. Plants flower early, and have mounded, cascading habits. The new variety is a Hydrangea, typically produced as an outdoor ornamental plant.
