Abstract: A set of high level test logic is configured to include a set of insertion points. The high-level test logic can be controlled to insert test conditions into a data center configuration. It can also be configured to execute remediation actions that are to be taken, and validation actions to be performed in order to determine whether the remediation action works against the test conditions. Different instances of the high-level test logic can be configured for different environments and different test conditions.

Abstract: Method and system to automatically verify the layout of a webpage on various screen sizes. The method includes retrieving screen size data associated with the webpage. The method further includes determining anchor points for the webpage based on the retrieved screen size data. The method also includes rendering the plurality of elements of the webpage based on the retrieved screen size data and the determined anchor points and identifying a respective location of each of the plurality of elements of the webpage to verify the layout of the plurality of elements of the webpage. If an error in the layout of the webpage is detected, a visual and/or audio alert is sent.

Abstract: An on-demand transportation management system can collect vehicle fleet utilization data corresponding to human-driven vehicles (HDVs) and autonomous vehicles (AVs) operating within a given region in connection with an on-demand transportation service. The on-demand transportation management system can then establish a set of selection priorities for respective areas of the given region based on the vehicle fleet utilization data, each selection priority indicating whether a respective area of the given region is to favor HDVs or AVs for servicing transport requests.

Abstract: Systems and methods of constructing and managing virtual planograms are presented. Contemplated systems allow for construction of a virtual planogram, which can be used to present consumers virtual inventory items as being available for purchase via a display device. The display device can include an electronic billboard within an establishment, a mall for example, or include a user's smart device, a cell phone or tablet for example.

The client device installs the plurality of related software widgets on the client device. The plurality of related software widgets is configured to be displayed on a next available navigation pane window of the graphical user interface in accordance with corresponding sizes and positions indicated in the metadata.

Abstract: A method for proactively providing information to a user about an event involving the user includes receiving user input indicating a request to display a search page and displaying the search page in response to the user input. In addition, event information may be automatically obtained and displayed on the search page in response to the user input. Some examples of event information that may be provided include participant information about a participant in the event other than the user, file information about a file that is relevant to the event, and conversation information about a conversation that is relevant to the event.

Abstract: A set-top box with an interactive portal and system and method for use of the same are disclosed. In one embodiment of the set-top box, the set-top box is deployed to provide an interactive portal in a hospitality establishment having multiple rooms, such as a hotel. The set-top box is associated with a room and includes a housing that secures a television input, a television output, a processor, a transceiver, and memory therein in an interconnected bus architecture. The set-top box generates a guest interactive portal as well as a housekeeping interactive portal for a guest and housekeeper, respectively. Each of the portals provides relevant feedback on the condition of the room to a server associated with the hotel.

Abstract: An expandable sling bag has a shape and a shoulder strap that enable the sling bag to be worn across an individual's back, chest and/or abdomen, or side, under the individual's arm. The expandable sling bag includes an expandable receptacle that enables the sling bag to accommodate an oversized item, such as a portable computer, a sleeve for a portable computer, or the like, with dimension that exceed a height of the sling bag. More specifically, the expandable sling bag may include a receptacle with an opening at its top, an expandable base positionable within a bottom portion of the receptacle, and a bottom opening through which the expandable base may be extended to expand a length of the receptacle. Methods of using an expandable sling bag to carry oversized items are also disclosed.

Abstract: A biogas collection and purification system that includes a plurality of sources of biogas and a network of conduits configured to convey the biogas from the sources to a central processing facility for processing the biogas into methane. The central processing facility removes impurities to convert biogas to biomethane and may include an H2S removal stage; an activated carbon scrubber; a gas drier; and a carbon dioxide removal stage. The facility also has a biomethane gas compressor configured to deliver the biomethane for use in power plants, for CNG production. Ancillaries to the system include fuel cells for direct electricity generation from biogas/biomethane.

For example, a first data cluster may be configured with a first version of data cluster software including a first library version, and a second data cluster may be configured with a second version of data cluster software including a second library version that is different from the first. The computing device may execute a single instance of an application to send, based at least on information in the first library version, to the first data cluster, a request for first data, and may receive the first data from the first cluster. Abstract: A first device provides both power and data to a second device over a power line connection between the two devices. The first device includes a power line extending from a power supply, a ground line extending from a ground, a first impedance in the power line, and a second impedance in the ground line. A modulator comprised of a transistor and modulator impedance is between the first impedance and the second impedance, and a tank capacitor is between the power line and the ground line, outside the first impedance and second impedance. A comparator is coupled between the first and second impedance. A switch may be included to short out the first and second impedance, thereby enabling transmission of only power for period of time, and return to a mode of transmitting both data and power. The first device may also receive data from the second device over the power line connection.

Abstract: This invention pertains to a method for provisioning and implementing two-factor authentication (2FA) for enterprise services. The system securely establishes a trusted identity for a subscriber device using an immutable hardware key and public/private key sets. The device's identity is verified by an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) cloud service. The method includes generating unique transaction nonces for each 2FA request, securing private keys within a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE), and employing a cloud wallet service to store keys. The subscriber device interacts with the system, decrypting and re-encrypting transaction nonces using corresponding keys. This process enables secure transaction from enterprise applications. The system also integrates user consent into the 2FA process, displaying a prompt to approve or deny authentication. This technology enhances security in enterprise services, prioritizing user consent and secure data transfer.
