    Abstract: The invention discloses an AlCrVTiSiON nano-gradient coating with surface pre-oxidation and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of coatings. The AlCrVTiSiON nano gradient coating is prepared by arc ion plating technology, wherein the target materials are selected from metal Cr target, V target, AlCrSi target and AlTiSi target. In order to further improve the heat resistance of the coating and increase the cutting amount during service, the AlCrVTiSiON nano-gradient coating with O element content increasing from inside to outside was formed. The prepared coating has good heat resistance, which is suitable for high-speed cutting and improves processing efficiency.

    Abstract: The spin-orbit torque-based random number generator includes a spin torque generation layer including a first spin torque layer and a second spin torque layer, a magnetization-free layer, a tunnel barrier layer, and a magnetization pinned layer, wherein the second spin torque layer is disposed between the magnetization-free layer and the first spin torque layer and generates field-like torque (FLT) and damping-like torque (DLT) related to the magnetization direction of the magnetization-free layer; the first spin torque layer adjusts a torque ratio according to the size of field-like torque to the size of damping-like torque in conjunction with the thickness of the second spin torque layer; in the magnetization-free layer, a magnetization direction is randomly aligned up or down based on the adjusted torque ratio; and a random number is generated based on current that is switched and output based on the randomly aligned magnetization direction.

In response to user selection, the system passes highlighted or selected text as a parameter to the search engine. The results are provided in an area alongside the currently displayed content page, such as in a sidebar search pane. The user is able to experience search results without leaving the context of their current search tab.

    Abstract: A new class of weakly coordinating anions (WCA) based on silicates is disclosed. Facile tuning of sterics and solubility of the disclosed WCA may be achieved via variation of R groups. The anions support a range of cations employed in chemical reactivity, including ether-free alkali cations, Ag+, Ph3C+, Fc+, [NiI(COD)2]+. In one aspect, [Pd(dppe)(NCMe)Me]+ may be generated by salt metathesis or protonation of a metal-alkyl bond, showcasing the ability of the anions to support applications in coordination chemistry and catalysis. Electrochemical studies on the [Bu4N]+ variant show an exceptionally wide stability window for the MeSiF24? anion of 7.5 V in MeCN. CV experiments demonstrate reversible Mg deposition and stripping.

    Abstract: A motor controller for pulse heating of a power battery.     Abstract: Instead of an arbitration over the link not considering bursts, a smart scheduler in a solid state drive (SSD) host interface is burst aware. The scheduler considers the type of transactions that are going to be sent over the interface. The scheduler sends the transactions in the most efficient way while maximizing the efficiency over the host DRAM. The schedulers may be calibrated from time to time on-the-fly to find the optimal configurations adapted to the current workload. The scheduler will organize the packets selected by the arbitration module so that the data transfers are sent in a burst of a predetermined sized to the host for optimum performance. For further optimization other packet types are sent in bursts as well.
