Abstract: This application discloses an inter prediction method and apparatus. The method includes: determining a plurality of first picture blocks in a to-be-processed picture block based on a preset picture split width, a preset picture split height, and a width and a height of the to-be-processed picture block; separately performing bi-directional optical flow prediction on the plurality of first picture blocks to obtain a predictor of each first picture block; and obtaining a predictor of the to-be-processed picture block with a combination of the predictors of the plurality of first picture blocks. The apparatus includes a determining module, a prediction module, and a combination module. In this application, complexity of implementing inter prediction can be reduced, and processing efficiency can be improved.
Abstract: An infectious disease infection prediction method, an apparatus, and a storage medium based on macro-micrograph fusion are provided. The method includes: acquiring macrographs of a plurality of first regions and micrographs of second regions within a set period; inputting the macroscopic graphs and the microscopic graphs into two graph convolutional neural networks to obtain two hidden layer vectors respectively, and fusing the two hidden layer vectors to obtain fusion hidden layer information of the first regions; performing a time sequence calculation of the fusion hidden layer information to obtain time sequence hidden layer information of the first regions; inputting the time series hidden layer information into two prediction networks to obtain two prediction results, respectively, and performing fusion calculation of the two prediction results to obtain a final prediction result of infectious diseases in the first regions.

Abstract: Systems and methods are described for configuring a web page using chain of trust. In an example, a web browser can receive a certificate hierarchy from a web server in response to a request for a web page. The web browser can apply a hash algorithm to one or more digital security certificates in the certificate hierarchy. The web browser can send the hash values to a deployment database that stores mappings of known hash values to website configuration settings. The deployment database can respond with the corresponding configuration settings. The web browser can merge the configuration settings and apply them to the web page prior to rendering the web page on a display.

Approaches are described for the non-leader member of a member set to self-identify to be the vice-leader. Abstract: Automated detection and handling of team struggle in video game play is provided by a system and method implementing an assessment engine, an assistance engine, and an assistance implementation controller. The assessment engine implements a first artificial intelligence (AI) model to evaluate a performance assessment parameter for a team of players engaged in play of a video game. The assistance engine implements a second AI model to determine an assistive measure for improving play of the team of players within the video game. The assistance engine is engaged when the assessment engine determines that the performance assessment parameter is indicative of the team of players struggling in their play of the video game. The assistance implementation controller implements the assistive measure as determined by the assistance engine within the video game.
