  • Publication number: 20240154709
Abstract: Aspects are described for a user equipment (UE) comprising a transceiver configured to enable wireless communication with a base station, and a processor communicatively coupled to the transceiver. The processor is configured to receive a configuration message from the base station, wherein the configuration message indicates a model identifications (ID) and one or more signals and measure the one or more signals to generate a data set corresponding to the model ID. The processor is further configured to train a first artificial intelligence (AI) model corresponding to the model ID using the data set; generate a second data set corresponding the model ID; and transmit the second data set and the model ID to the base station. The second data set is used to train a second AI model corresponding to the model ID.

  • Publication number: 20240154759
Abstract: Provided is a method for a user equipment (UE). The UE obtains, from a network device, a first configuration information. The first configuration information indicates a first resource set for an aperiodic Sounding Reference Signal (AP-SRS). The first resource set for the AP-SRS includes a first list of slot offsets. The UE decodes a second configuration information from the network device. The second configuration information indicates a reference slot and a first slot offset of the first list of slot offsets. The UE generates the AP-SRS for transmission to the network device based on the reference slot and the first slot offset.

  • Publication number: 20240153150
Abstract: A system comprises an encoder configured to compress and encode data for three-dimensional visual volumetric content. To compress the 3D visual volumetric content, a compressed mesh is generated as well as compressed attribute information. Also, texture coordinates indicating a mapping between the vertices of the mesh and the attributes are signaled. However, in some situations a resolution used for the texture coordinates and a resolution used for the attributes may differ, in which case the respective resolutions are signaled. A decoder determines how to adjust the texture coordinate to attribute value mapping to account for the differing resolutions.

  • Publication number: 20240155525
Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatuses disclosed herein can mitigate interference in a wireless network. These systems, methods, and apparatuses can determine a mode of operation of a base station (BS) within the wireless network. These systems, methods, and apparatuses can select a first time advance (TA) when the BS is operating in a static time division duplex (TDD) mode of operation or a second TA when the BS is operating in a sub-band full duplex (SBFD) mode of operation or a dynamic TDD mode of operation. These systems, methods, and apparatuses can advance signals on an uplink (UL) by the first TA to cause the signals on the UL to be time aligned with other signals from other UEs on the UL at the BS to mitigate inter carrier interference (ICI) at the BS.

  • Patent number: 11979354
Abstract: Some aspects of this disclosure relate to apparatuses and methods for implementing designs for configurations of resource elements to carry reference signals for a user equipment (UE). A reference signal can be processed by the UE according to the configuration of resource elements to carry reference signals. The configurations can be determined by the base station, and received from the base station by the UE. The base station determines the configurations based on information or parameters provided by the UE, e.g., a coherence bandwidth of the channel, a coherence time of the channel, a preference associated with channel status information reference signal, or a preference associated with demodulation reference signal for the UE.

  • Patent number: 11977573
Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for automatic tagging of terms within a document and generating visual representations specifying the identifications to terms in the document and tags assigned to each term. Particularly, responsive to obtaining a document, a term auto-tagging system can implement machine learning and/or natural language processing techniques to compare terms included in the document with a database maintaining a mapping of terms and tags corresponding to each term to assign one or more tags to relevant terms. The identified terms and tags can be provided in a visual representation for processing/review at a client device, and the visual representation can be modified according to actions selected for the identified terms. The modified visual representation can be provided to a client device, and metadata for each term/tag can be uploaded to a database for training the term auto-tagging system.

  • Patent number: 11977726
Abstract: An electronic device with a display, a touch-sensitive surface, and one or more sensors that detect intensities of contacts on the touch-sensitive surface displays, on the display, a user interface. While displaying the user interface, the electronic device detects an input that includes a contact on the touch-sensitive surface. In response to detecting the input while displaying the user interface, and while continuing to detect the input on the touch-sensitive surface: If an intensity of the contact satisfies an activation intensity threshold, the electronic device performs a first operation associated with the activation intensity threshold. The activation intensity threshold is determined based on whether or not prior inputs by the user on the touch-sensitive surface exceed a respective intensity threshold. If an intensity of the contact does not satisfy an activation intensity threshold, the electronic device forgoes performing the first operation associated with the activation intensity threshold.

  • Patent number: 11979760
Abstract: A user equipment (UE) monitors a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) in multiple component carriers (CC). The UE determines if the UE is operating in carrier aggregation (CA) mode having a first CC in a first frequency band and a second CC in a second frequency band. When the UE is operating in CA with a first CC in the first frequency band and the second CC in the second frequency band, the UE determines a span pattern for PDCCH symbols being received on the first and second CC and selects a PDCCH monitoring type based on, at least, the span pattern. A UE also determines if a first CC and a second CC of a CA combination are collocated and selects a PDCCH monitoring type based on, at least, the determination of whether the first and second CC are collocated.

  • Patent number: 11978578
Abstract: Radio frequency filtering circuitry blocks certain frequencies in an outgoing signal so that the signal may be transmitted over a desired frequency. The radio frequency filtering circuitry includes a first inductor having a first coil and a second inductor coupled to and disposed within the first coil. The second inductor has a second coil and a third coil symmetrical to the second coil. When current is applied to the radio frequency filtering circuitry, the current in the second coil causes a first induced current in the first coil and the current in the third coil causes a second induced current in the first coil, wherein the second induced current is approximately equal in magnitude and opposite in direction to the first induced current. As such, the second induced current may compensate for the first induced current.

  • Patent number: 11979721
Abstract: A wearable device can provide an audio module that is operable to provide audio output from a distance away from the ears of the user. For example, the wearable device can be worn on clothing of the user and direct audio waves to the ears of the user. Such audio waves can be focused by a parametric array of speakers that limit audibility by others. Thus, the privacy of the audio directed to the user can be maintained without requiring the user to wear audio headsets on, over, or in the ears of the user. The wearable device can further include microphones and/or connections to other devices that facilitate calibration of the audio module of the wearable device. The wearable device can further include user sensors that are configured to detect, measure, and/or track one or more properties of the user.

  • Patent number: 11978469
Abstract: Signal to noise ratio, SNR, is determined in an acoustic ambient environment of an against-the-ear audio device worn by a user, wherein the acoustic ambient environment contains speech by a talker. When the SNR is above a threshold, dynamic range control is applied, as positive gain versus input level, to an audio signal from one or more microphones of the audio device. When the SNR is below the threshold, the dynamic range control applies as zero gain or negative gain to the audio signal. Other aspects are also described and claimed.
