  • Patent number: 12200160
Abstract: Systems and processes for call assistance using contact suggestions are provided. For example, a first input including a name reference is received from a user. A response to the first input is provided, and a second input is received from the user. An outgoing call event associated with a contact identifier is detected within a predetermined time from receiving the second input. In accordance with a determination that the outgoing call event satisfies a predetermined criterion, an association between the name reference and the contact identifier is stored.

  • Patent number: 12200644
Abstract: A user equipment (UE) may monitor a downlink frequency position to detect a synchronization block (SSB) from a cellular base station. When monitoring the downlink frequency position, the UE may be configured to use at least one step size in calculating a SSB frequency position. The UE may determine a subcarrier spacing (SCS) used by the cellular base station in response to monitoring the downlink frequency position, and the subcarrier spacing for one or more SSB transmissions may be determined at least in part based on the step size used in calculating the SSB frequency position. The UE may then utilize the determined subcarrier spacing of the one or more SSB transmissions in communicating with the cellular base station.

  • Patent number: 12197110
Abstract: A camera module includes a lens assembly, a lens holder, and an image sensor assembly. The lens assembly includes a lens barrel and multiple lens elements embedded within the lens barrel. A change of temperature causes an optical focal shift that is determined according to an optical thermal shift rate associated with an optical design of the lens assembly. The lens holder has a lens holder CTE to compensate for the optical focal shift by thermo-mechanical expansion. The change of temperature causes a length expansion of the lens holder determined at least in part according to the lens holder CTE. The image sensor assembly includes an image sensor and a substrate coupled to the image sensor, the image sensor to capture light passing through the multiple lens elements and convert the captured light into image signals. The lens holder is attached to the lens barrel and the substrate using adhesives.

  • Patent number: 12196860
Abstract: Depth sensing apparatus includes a radiation source, which emits a first array of beams of light pulses through a window toward a target scene. Objective optics image the target scene onto a second array of sensing elements, which output signals indicative of respective times of incidence of photons. A first calibration, which associates the beams in the first array with respective first locations on the second array onto which the beams reflected from the target scene are imaged, is used in processing the signals in order to measure respective times of flight of the light pulses. A second calibration indicates second locations on which stray radiation is incident on the second array due to reflection of the beams from the window. Upon detecting a change in the second locations relative to the second calibration, the first calibration is corrected so as to compensate for the detected change.
