Abstract: A floating lounge having a substantially planar body portion has a middle area and an end area on each side of the middle area. A plurality of apertures located in the middle area extend through the body portion substantially perpendicular to the plane of the body portion. Additional apertures smaller than those in the middle area of the body portion may be arrayed in the outer areas of the lounge. When a user reclines on the lounge, the weight of the user, being greatest in the area of the hips, in combination with the apertures cause the middle area to sink into the water while the outer areas of the lounge are more buoyant.

Abstract: An inflatable device including an inflatable body, at least one processor and communication circuit, at least one fan connected to the at least one processor, at least one lighting component connected to the at least one processor, and at least one speaker connected to the at least one processor. The at least one processor may be configured to control operation of the at least one fan to manage the inflation of the inflatable body, control operation of the at least one lighting component, and control operation of the at least one speaker. The processor may be further configured to execute operational control responsive to signals from an application installed on a mobile device. The inflatable device may be configured to play audio from the mobile device over the at least one speaker and match light patterns of the at least one lighting component to the audio.

Abstract: A sports belt comprises two sections of material removably attached to each other at their ends to form a loop or belt for wearing at the waist of a user. One of the sections of material may be attached at its ends to form a loop suitable for wearing as an arm band. Either or both sections may include a pouch for securely carrying small items such as keys or a cellphone.

Abstract: A floating lounge comprising an outer, buoyant member surrounding a support member in the form of a panel of material extending forward from the rear of the lounge. The support member wraps around the front end of the lounge and extends back toward the rear of the lounge. Connectors provided on the longitudinal edges of the support member allow the forward-extending portion of the support member to be secured to the rearward-extending portion to form a sling depending between the front and rear sides of the lounge, for supporting the user, and whereby the user may choose among several possible shapes for the support member by appropriately mating the sets of connectors.

Abstract: A mat comprising an array of elongated buoyant elements enclosed in a casing or cover that may be waterproof or porous. The mat may be readily rolled into a cylindrical shape up for purposes of transportation and storage. A pillow may be removably encased in a pocket in the mat, and the pillow may be removable as desired. The pillow may be inflatable, whereby the user may select the extent of inflation (i.e., the hardness of the pillow) in order to provide a desired level of comfort.

Abstract: An inflatable display assembly includes a base member to which the inflatable body is permanently attached. The base member has a channel therethrough, one end of the channel being affixed to an opening in the fabric of inflatable body. An external air blower unit may be removably attached to base member at one end of said channel to provide a flow of air through the base member and then into the inflatable body.

Abstract: An adjustable seat for a flotation device includes a seat member made of flexible material attached to, surrounded by, and depending from the flotation device, said seat having two apertures therein for receipt of the legs of a child. A matable connector attached to the flotation device and the seat member means permits the adjustment of the shape and relative depth of the seat member to accommodate children of different sizes.

Abstract: A continuous-air-inflatable display includes an air blower to cause the air-permeable display body to rise from a container and then remain in its expanded state while air flows into the body. After the airflow is terminated, the body gradually collapses back into the container as the air escapes from the body. A motor-retracted cord attached to the display body assists in causing the display body to fall back into the container as the air in the body gradually escapes.

Abstract: A swimming aid comprises a body member and a pair of buoyant sleeve members attached to opposite sides of the body member. Each sleeve member is configured to receive an arm of the user therethrough by way of an opening in the sleeve member. Each sleeve member includes an adjustable fastener to allow the expansion of the opening of said sleeve member to facilitate the receipt arm of the user into and through the sleeve member.

Abstract: Eyewear having a frame on which certain electrical elements are mounted, including lighting elements that are activated upon contact with water. Preferably the frame is comprised at least in part of translucent material such that, when the lighting elements are activated, they light up the translucent portion of the frame. Each of the lenses of the eyewear may be secured in a plastic eyecup that also lights up when the lighting elements are activated.

Abstract: A pair of swim fins may be detachably coupled together to form a monofin. An elongated projection running along and extending from the inner edge of a first fin releasably mates with a C-shaped linear slot formed in a projection at the inner edge of the second fin, the slot slidably receiving the projection of the first fin via an opening at one end of the slot. A stopper means located at the other end of the slot prevents further movement of the projection of the first fin along the slot once the fins are properly aligned, and the c-shaped slot prevents relative movement of the find in a direction perpendicular to the length of the slot.

Abstract: An aquatic toy has a hollow body and a funnel or cone-shaped interior, with a large opening at one end and a small aperture at the other end of the body. When the large opening of the toy is thrust forward in water, the water is forced into the funnel-shaped interior and out of the small aperture, creating a stream or spray of water ejected from the toy. The direction of the spray of water from the small aperture may be chosen by appropriately selecting the shape of the body and the location of the small aperture.

Abstract: An adjustable and removable canopy may be affixed to a chair, lounge, recliner, or the like. The canopy comprises two flexible, aligned rods having a fabric panel extending between them. The rods attached to the lounge or chair so as to form an arc across and over the user of the lounge or chair. Adjustment straps extend from the rods to the lounge or chair. A plurality of connectors located on the adjustment straps allow the shortening or lengthening of the straps so that the position of the canopy relative to the user may be selectively adjusted.
