  • Patent number: 11855899
Abstract: A network device for use with a client device and a cable modem termination system (“CMTS”), the client device being configured to run applications requiring data traffic of a first and second quality of service (“QoS”). The CMTS is configured to provide a first service flow and a second service flow to the network device. The network device provides a local area network (“LAN”) for connection to the client device and a network address translation (“NAT”). The NAT is configured to map the network device IP address to the client device IP address; divide the source ports into a first range and a low latency range; assign the respective data traffic of the applications to at least one port within the first range and to at least one port within the low latency range; and modify the low latency range of source ports based on a change in data traffic.

  • Patent number: 11847042
Abstract: An apparatus, method, and computer-readable recording medium for automatically adjusting a logging level for an electronic device. The electronic device includes a plurality of software modules, each software module controlling functions of the electronic device. Each of a plurality of failure events are associated in advance with one or more of the software modules. A current event is detected on the electronic device that corresponds to a matching failure event of the plurality of failure events. A predetermined logging level is automatically enabled for the one or more of the software modules associated with the matching failure event at the time of the detected current event. Log messages are captured at the predetermined logging level for the one or more of the software modules for which the predetermined logging level has been automatically enabled. The predetermined logging level is automatically disabled when the current event has ended.

  • Publication number: 20230394441
Abstract: A system and method for workforce scheduling using dynamic capacity ranges are provided. A capacity model associates distances of locations within a service area from a depot with a series of appointment time windows such that appointment time windows having a relatively greater amount of available worker capacity are associated with a greater range of distances than appointment time windows having a relatively smaller amount of available worker capacity. After a distance from the depot to a location of an appointment to be scheduled is determined, appointment time window suggestions are automatically produced based on which appointment time windows as defined in the capacity model are associated with the location of the appointment to be scheduled. As capacity changes due to bookings, the capacity model is dynamically updated. A system and method for workforce routing, based at least in part on using dynamic capacity ranges, are also provided.

  • Patent number: 11838110
Abstract: In some embodiments, a method is performed after locking a first clock of a computing device to synchronize with a second clock associated with a first device where a difference between the first clock and the second clock is determined during the locking. The method measures a path delay to a second device based on sending messages including first timestamps of the first clock to the second device and receiving messages including second timestamps of a third clock from the second device. A third message is sent to the second device that includes a third timestamp of the first clock that has been locked to the second clock, wherein the third message includes the path delay, and wherein the third timestamp and the path delay allow the second device to analyze a lock quality of the first clock to the second clock based on a time of the third clock.
