Abstract: The invention provides coated particles with taste-masked N-acetylcysteine. The particles comprise a core with the active ingredient and a coating comprising a triglyceride and a surfactant. The particles exhibit rapid drug release and a stable release profile. Moreover, the invention provides a hot-melt coating method for manufacturing such particles, and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the particles. The method allows the coating of core particles at moderate temperatures, thereby preventing the degradation of the thermolabile active ingredient.

Abstract: The invention relates to a monolithic peroral dosage form which allows a modified release, preferably an extended and delayed release, of an active ingredient combination of active ingredients with solubility properties that strongly deviate from one another. The dosage form comprises at least one emulsifier with a polyalkylene oxide structural motif and at least one controlled-release agent. Using the dosage forms according to the invention, even active ingredients which have a limited storage stability and other unfavorable active ingredient properties that additionally hinder processing can be featured in an optimal manner. The invention also relates to a method for producing the dosage form and to the use thereof.

Abstract: A container for medical products has at least one chamber. At least two lyophilized active substances and/or auxiliary substances are jointly present in the at least one chamber.
Abstract: A device places a plug and simultaneously checks a correct position alignment of the plug with a holding element for fixing a hollow body. The device has at least one first and one second opening and a plug placement mechanism with which the plug is be inserted into the second opening of the hollow body. The device has a measuring head that is traversed by at least one channel. The channel can be fluidically connected to the first opening of the hollow body. The device can further include a pressure sensor which can be fluidically connected to the channel of the measuring head.
Abstract: A method for filling dual-chamber systems (3) in pre-sterilizable carrier systems (1) is proposed, which comprises the following steps: provision of at least one washed, siliconized and sterilized dual-chamber system (3) with respectively one separating element separating the two chambers (5, 5?) from one another in a magazine (9), which accommodates the at least one dual-chamber system (3), wherein the magazine (9) is arranged in a container (11) sealed with a closure element (13); feeding the container (11) into a clean room; opening the container (11) and filling a first chamber (5) of the at least one dual-chamber system (3); closing the first chamber (5) with a gas-permeable closure element (19); freeze drying the solution (L1) contained in the first chamber (5); closing the first chamber (5) with a closure element (19); filling a second chamber (5?) of the at least one dual-chamber system (3); closing the second chamber (5?); discharge from the clean room.
Abstract: The use of a neutral protease (NP) together with a collagenase consists in that a neutral protease which is not contained in a collagenase enzyme preparation and which is not produced by a recombinant production is mixed before the beginning of a tissue dissociation with a collagenase or a collagenase enzyme preparation with an individual dosage of the quantitative proportions of neutral protease and collagenase for improving the isolation results with respect to yield, viability and integrity of the cells.
