    Abstract: In the present invention, an analog input signal (X(n)) is processed by a Peak to Average Ratio Reduction (PARR) block to diminish the difference between peak amplitudes and average amplitudes of the analog input signal (X(n)). After, a distorted signal (h(n)) having low peak to average amplitude ratio, generated at the PARR block output, is processed by a delta sigma modulation (DSM) block converts the distorted signal (h(n)) into a digitally modulated distorted signal (h_dsm(n)) with high signal to noise ratio (SNR). Afterwards, the digitally modulated distorted signal (h_dsm(n)) is corrected and amplified by a Class-D RF power amplifier fed by a feeding signal (env(n)) generated from a digital correction signal (z_dsm(n)). As a result, a digitally modulated signal (y(n)) with high signal to noise ratio (SNR) of the analog input signal (X(n)) is generated at the output of the Class-D RF power amplifier.

    Abstract: Recurrent neural networks are powerful tools for handling incomplete data problems in machine learning thanks to their significant generative capabilities. However, the computational demand for algorithms to work in real time applications requires specialized hardware and software solutions. We disclose a method for adding recurrent processing capabilities into a feedforward network without sacrificing much from computational efficiency. We assume a mixture model and generate samples of the last hidden layer according to the class decisions of the output layer, modify the hidden layer activity using the samples, and propagate to lower layers. For an incomplete data problem, the iterative procedure emulates feedforward-feedback loop, filling-in the missing hidden layer activity with meaningful representations.

Individual channel control ensures a homogeneous magnetic field in the multi channel RF coil in MRI. Multi-frequency enables faster image acquisition which reduces MRI operation time. Digital Weaver Single Side Band (SSB) modulation is also incorporated into the all digital transmitter to suppress unwanted bands of Double Side Band (DSB) MRI signals. The power amplifier in the MRI transmitter does not amplify the unwanted band so that SSB modulation leads to higher power efficiency.

Therefore, any insignificant or false information may result in redundant features or deceptive appearance that can cause premature track losses. To achieve long-term tracking, a real-time, semi-automatic track initialization methodology for IR images is proposed which takes a single image coordinate as input, then generates target bounding box for the most salient segment. The present invention is designed for real-time applications in which erroneous user input is unavoidable. Therefore, error compensation capability of present invention both introduces many practical advantageous together with performance boost. Low computational cost and requirement of only a point coordinate as input in the vicinity of the target make this approach preferable in real-time tracking applications.

An FFL is generated by placing two parallel coil pairs (fed with alternating current directions) side by side. Using two of these coil groups, the FFL can be rotated in the plane perpendicular to the coil axes. The FFL can be translated in the rotation plane of the FFL using a coil pair placed on the same axis with the other coils. It can also be translated in the perpendicular plane by asymmetrical coil excitation. As all the coils in the system are parallel, the imaged object can be reached from the sides during imaging.
