When the fan is inactive, the electromagnet is energized to produce magnetic poles that repel the magnetic member and compress the elastic element, such that the brake pin is magnetically pushed toward the rotating shaft to engage with the groove, causing the fan to brake and stop rotating inertially.

Two ends of the connection tube are respectively connected with the water incoming end of one of the two water blocks and the water outgoing end of the other water block, whereby the water-receiving spaces of the two water blocks communicate with each other via the connection tube. The connection tube has at least one bellows section between two ends of the connection tube. The liquid-cooling device solves the problems of the conventional liquid-cooling device that when the water block is welded, thermal deformation is produced to cause tolerance and the manufacturing cost is higher.

The projected sections extend through and project beyond the wick structure, and the recessed sections are located below the wick structure without being filled by the wick structure to thereby form spaces for receiving the working fluid. The provision of the projected and the recessed sections enables the vapor chamber to provide largely enhanced two-phase flow boiling effect in the airtight chamber.
