Abstract: In a running analysis system, an information acquirer acquires position information and motion information of a user as a runner, measured at each point of passage in a run by a certain measurement device. A measurement value acquirer acquires measurement values of multiple types of motion analysis indices indicating a running motion state of a user for each certain unit measurement section, based on the position information and the motion information chronologically consecutive. A classification processing unit classifies measurement values in multiple measurement sections for each type of motion analysis indices, using a certain classification method for classification by property. A mode determination unit determines an output mode of a classified measurement value based on comparison with a certain comparison target. An output unit is capable of outputting at least information regarding the classified measurement value, based on the determined output mode.

An emotion estimating device includes an interface that receives input of walking data of a subject measured by a measurement device and emotion data obtained by quantifying the emotion of the subject, a storage that stores the walking data and the emotion data, and an computer that obtains corresponding data in which a plurality of walking parameters included in the walking data stored in the storage are associated with the emotion data. When the interface newly receives the input of the walking data, the computer estimates the emotion of the subject from the plurality of walking parameters included in the newly received walking data, and outputs information indicating the estimated emotion of the subject.
Abstract: In a shoe, an upper has an opening through which a foot of a wearer is inserted when the wearer puts on the shoe, and includes a shoelace tightening region located forward of the opening. A tape member is higher in rigidity than the upper body. A first portion is located in the shoelace tightening region and extends in a front-rear direction of the upper. A folded portion is contiguous to at least one of a front end portion and a rear end portion of the first portion. The folded portion is formed by folding the tape member downward when viewed from the first portion. A second portion extends downward from the folded portion. The first portion is sewn onto the upper body such that gaps through which a shoelace passes are provided between the first portion and the upper body.
Abstract: There is provided a user-dedicated last that can be easily manufactured without using large-scale equipment. A last for forming a footwear upper configuring an article of footwear comprises a foot length forming member defining a shape of the last at least in the lengthwise direction of the article of footwear, and a plurality of foot width forming members defining a shape of the last at least in the widthwise direction of the article of footwear and assembled to the foot length forming member.
Abstract: In an exercise motion analysis system, an input unit inputs motion data corresponding to multiple types of motion parameters indicating motion states of a user who is running. A selection unit selects, from among multiple types of wearing tools, a type of a wearing tool commensurate with a runner type in which motion data of the user is classified, among multiple runner types classified in advance based on cluster analysis on motion data of multiple people. An output unit outputs the type of a wearing tool selected as a wearing tool of which wearing is to be recommended to the user.
Abstract: In a gait evaluation system, qualitative measurement value acquirers acquire at least measurement values of a stride length and a cadence as qualitative parameters indicating a walking form, measured by a measurement device worn by a subject. A qualitative result determination unit determines an evaluation result regarding a walking form using, as a certain evaluation model, an evaluation formula set such that a weight is added at least to the measurement value of the stride length. The measurement value of the stride length is a ratio of an average stride length to the height of the subject measured.
