Abstract: A latch dogging assembly comprises an electromagnet and an actuator mounted on a bracket. A guide slide is pivotally mounted on the bracket with a lead block coupled to the guide slide. A guide pin rides along an inner surface of the bracket causing the guide slide to pivot. A pawl is slidably engaged with the guide slide. A guide link includes a post. An armature is mounted to the panic bar and the post engages the pawl. When the actuator is energized to move the lead block, the pawl engages the post to pivot the armature and thereby cause the panic bar to move from the extended position to the depressed position. When the electromagnet is energized the armature is magnetically held preventing reverse pivoting of the guide link. A method for fully retracting a door latch is also provided.

Abstract: A method for implementing a radiation therapy knowledge exchange starts with searching a database of cases studies and selecting a case study. The selected case study is downloaded. The downloaded case study is applied to a medical case, wherein the downloaded case is applied using deformable image registration to deform reference images of the downloaded case to medical images of the medical case. After application of the downloaded case study, the medical case is uploaded to the network, wherein uploading the medical case allows at least the submitting clinician to download, review, and edit at least a portion of the medical case to create a reviewed medical case. Finally, the reviewed medical case is downloaded and applied to the medical case to create a final medical case.

  • Patent number: 10508000
Abstract: A cable containing an optical fiber is used to transmit data between an underwater remotely operated vehicle (ROV) and a support vessel floating on the surface of the water. The ROV stores the cable on a spool and releases the cable into the water as the ROV dives away from the support vessel. The ROV detects the tension in the cable and the rate that the cable is released from the ROV is proportional to the detected tension in the cable. After the ROV has completed the dive and retrieved by the support vessel, the cable can be retrieved from the water and rewound onto the spool in the ROV.

  • Patent number: 10508432
Abstract: A first post has a lower portion at a first floor of a multistory building and an upper portion at a second floor, and a second post has a lower portion at the second floor and an upper portion at a third floor or building-top structure. A post connection includes a horizontal cap plate and a vertical sleeve extending upward from the cap plate and having a bore with an inner dimension. The cap plate attaches to and covers the first post upper portion to prevent water intrusion into the first post. The second post lower portion has an outer dimension that is slightly less than the connection sleeve inner dimension so that the second post lower portion is slidingly received in the connection sleeve bore in an overlapping, telescopic arrangement. • Patent number: 10509906
Abstract: In an example embodiment, a system determines a set of instructions from the available instructions for a computer application. The determined set of instructions provides specific functionality of the computer application. The system may determine the set of instructions by performing functional testing and negative testing on the specific functionality. The system may reorganize and randomize the set of instructions in memory and write the reorganized set of instructions to a smaller memory space. For each available instruction not in the set of instructions, the system changes the respective instruction to inoperative to prevent execution of the respective instruction. The system may change the respective instruction to inoperative by overwriting the instruction with a NOP instruction. The system then captures a memory address of the computer application being accessed at runtime.

  • Patent number: 10509878
Abstract: Systems, methods, media, and other such embodiments are described for routing track assignment in a circuit design. One embodiment involves accessing routing data for a circuit design, and a first wire of a plurality of wires in the routing data. A second wire is identified that is related to the first wire as a parent wire along a shared routing direction. A misalignment value is calculated for the first wire and the second wire, and a new routing placement is selected for the first wire based at least in part on the misalignment value. In some embodiments, all wires in various routings of a circuit design are checked for possible misalignment in order to improve slew performance via reduction of unnecessary vias.

  • Patent number: 10511090
Abstract: A remotely controllable antenna mount for use with a wireless telecommunication antenna provides mechanical azimuth and tilt adjustment using AISG compatible motor control units and AISG control and monitoring systems to remotely adjust the physical orientation of the antenna. The mount control units are serially interconnected with AISG antenna control units (ACUs) which adjust electronic tilt mechanisms within the antenna itself. An AISG compatible mount azimuth control unit (MACU) drives rotatable movement of the antenna through a range of azimuth angle positions. The antenna mount further includes a mechanical downtilt assembly interconnected between the antenna interface and the antenna. An AISG compatible mount tilt control unit (MTCU) drives linear expansion of a scissor assembly and corresponding pivoting of the antenna through a range of tilt angle positions.

  • Patent number: 10509877
Abstract: Systems, methods, and products having pipelined inputs to and outputs from an emulator are disclosed. Using a pipeline may allow the round trip cable delay (RTCD) to be spread across two or more clock cycles. In an embodiment, an emulation system may store input data received from a target device during a first clock cycle at a target timing domain interfacing component (TTD), and transmit the stored input data during a second clock cycle after the first clock cycle. In another embodiment, the emulation system may delay transmitting the input data received at the TTD during the first clock cycle such that that the input data reaches the emulator at a predetermined time during the second clock cycle. As the RTCD is spread across multiple clock cycles, the emulation system may implement faster clocks.
