Abstract: Various embodiments herein described are directed to methods, apparatuses and computer program products configured for managing software product feature and version releases in complex and distributed network systems. Various embodiments are directed to systems and network frameworks that are configured to provide controlled release of software features/changes through admin user notification and control interfaces. In some embodiments, a sandbox system environment may be provided to admin users to test and configure upcoming software features/changes. Additional example embodiments provide a release track system that specifies and manages feature release schedules in a complex and multitenant cloud network environment.

Abstract: Described herein is a computer implemented method for identifying one or more documents of potential relevance to an input query. The method comprises receiving the input query; processing input text from the query to generate an input query vector; accessing document records from a record database, each document record including a document vector; generating a document similarity score in respect of each accessed document, the document similarity score for a given document record being generated using the document vector for the given document record and the input query vector, the document similarity score for a given document record indicating the similarity of the input text to a document that the given document record is in respect of; and identifying one or more potentially relevant document records based on their document similarity scores.

Abstract: Methods, systems and computer readable media for responding to webpage requests are disclosed. The method includes: receiving a request to render a webpage, the webpage comprising a plurality of webpage components; identifying at least a subset of webpage components of the plurality of webpage components to be rendered by the server; rendering the identified webpage components at the server and converting to HyperText Markup Language (HTML); and communicating the HTML of the webpage components rendered at the server along with unrendered web components of the plurality of webpage components to a client device for displaying on a display of the client device. The client device includes a client browser configured to render the unrendered webpage components and display all webpage components on the display of the client device.

Abstract: Methods, apparatuses, or computer program products according to the present disclosure provide for service permissions scaling. In example embodiments, an apparatus receives a service request from an edge server. The apparatus may generate an authorization token based at least in part on a permissions data vector, where the authorization token is configured for access by one or more computing devices to determine whether to grant access by a first computing device associated with the requesting entity identifier to one or more resources associated with the one or more computing devices. The apparatus may then transmit the authorization token to the edge server. According to some embodiments, the authorization token may be configured for storing in an authorization token cache. In some embodiments, the authorization token may be retrieved from the authorization token cache.

Abstract: Embodiments include generating automations for a content collaboration system. Generating automations can include displaying graphical objects corresponding to documents hosted by the content collaboration system at a navigation pane of the content collaboration system and determining a deviation metric using a hierarchical structure of the graphical objects and a reference structure. In response to the deviation metric satisfying a criteria, an automation rule for the change to the hierarchical structure of the displayed graphical objects can be displayed. The automation rule can include a reference between a graphical object of the displayed graphical objects and a root reference and a change to the reference between the graphical object and the root reference. Embodiments can also include executing the automation rule to update the hierarchical structure of the displayed graphical objects and update hierarchical structures of the one or more additional graphical objects hosted by the collaboration system.

Abstract: The issue-discovery services described herein may access data from the messaging platform and/or the issue-tracking platform to automatically determine issue attributes for creating a new issue in the issue-tracking platform based on activity in the messaging platform. The issue-discovery service may provide or otherwise be associated with a user input element presented on a client device (e.g., presented in the chat user interface), which allows a user of the client device to provide a user input to create a new issue in the issue-tracking platform based on activity in the chat channel. The user input may identify content associated with the chat channel (e.g., one or more messages displayed in the chat user interface) for use in creating the new issue in the issue-tracking platform.

Abstract: The disclosure is directed to systems and techniques for executing a documentation application displaying a graphical user interface having an editable field configured to receive textual input. The system receives a first portion of a textual input in the editable field, which includes a command character designating the first portion of the textual input as a link insertion command. The system receives a second portion of textual input in the editable field and, before entry of the textual input is complete, the system analyzes the second portion of the textual input to identify an external platform service. The system then accesses, using an application programming interface, first hosted data hosted by the external platform service. The first hosted data may be displayed in line with the textual input and used to generate a complete link path. Once complete, the link path is replaced with a selectable graphical object that is operable, when selected, to redirect the user to the external platform service.

Abstract: An issue tracking system configured to track issues, tickets, or tasks is described herein. The issue tracking system may include a voice interface system that may be used to create, modify, and delete issue records during a live meeting or event. The voice interface system may be configured to facilitate a live meeting conducted in a particular format or structure. The voice interface system may be adapted to determine a relevance score between a voice input and one or more respective issue records being tracked by the issue tracking system. If the relevancy score satisfies a threshold, a respective issue record may be selected for modification or editing during the live meeting through a series of responsive voice commands or other voice input.

Abstract: Described herein is a computer implemented method. The method comprises receiving a content item record in respect of a content item generated at a collaboration system and processing the received content item record to determine if the content item record includes any designated content. In response to determining that the received content item record includes designated content the method further comprises generating a designated content record in respect of the identified designated content and saving the designated content record to a data store.

Abstract: Techniques for automated suggestions for cross-context digital item containers and collaboration are provided, including analyzing digital items in each of multiple portfolios of digital items in order to determine similarities among the portfolios. The techniques proceed by determining similar portfolios for a first portfolio of digital items, and suggesting changes (e.g., additions, deletions, or alterations of digital items) based on differences between the first portfolio and the similar ones. Those changes can be accepted or rejected and applied to the first portfolio of digital items.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide methods, systems, apparatuses, and computer program products for integrating user-specific context indicators into a searchable enterprise platform. In one embodiment, an apparatus is configured to apply a learned user profile, to a set of search results to obtain a user-specific, ranked arrangement of search results. The learned user profile may be developed through the application of a machine learning and/or trained model to a set of user behaviors that have been determined or otherwise detected within an enterprise platform, such that the user-specific context in which a user's search arises can be modeled and applied to retrieved digital content items associated with a search query within the enterprise platform.

Abstract: Methods for displaying improved user interfaces are disclosed. The method includes receiving a user interface request to display a user interface of an issue tracking system from a user device. The user interface displays a plurality of objects and the user interface request includes a user identifier of a user of the user device and a user identifier of the requested user interface. The method further includes determining a time since the user last viewed the user interface, retrieving object data for the requested user interface based on the user interface identifier, retrieving activity data for the requested user interface based on the time since the user last viewed the user interface, and communicating the object data and activity data to the user device for displaying on the user device, the user device displaying the object data and displaying one or more activity indicators based on the received activity data.

Abstract: Systems and methods for replacing a hyperlink to a referenced object with a smart link are disclosed. The method performed by a smart link management system includes receiving a content request for the hyperlink from a client device, the content request comprising a uniform resource locator (URL) of the referenced object, the URL indicating the location of the content; identifying a data source where the referenced object is located based on the URL; forwarding the content request to the data source; receiving metadata corresponding to the referenced object hosted by the data source; and forwarding the metadata to the client device for display on the client device in the form of a smart link, the smart link being a visual object including at least a portion of the metadata received from the data source.
