The method comprises generating a subscription identifier based on an original SQL query and determining if a set of first stage query results is associated with the subscription identifier in a cache. If so, the method further comprises generating a second stage SQL query based on a second subset of the plurality of clauses and the set of first stage query results, causing execution of the second stage SQL query to obtain a set of second stage query results from a database, and returning the set of second stage query results.

Abstract: Methods for displaying improved user interfaces are disclosed. The method includes receiving a user interface request to display a user interface of an issue tracking system from a user device. The user interface displays a plurality of objects and the user interface request includes a user identifier of a user of the user device and a user identifier of the requested user interface. The method further includes determining a time since the user last viewed the user interface, retrieving object data for the requested user interface based on the user interface identifier, retrieving activity data for the requested user interface based on the time since the user last viewed the user interface, and communicating the object data and activity data to the user device for displaying on the user device, the user device displaying the object data and displaying one or more activity indicators based on the received activity data.

Abstract: A computing architecture for providing a software component or feature of a first platform as a service to a second platform. An API request from a frontend of the second platform, including a user auth token providing access to the second platform, can be received by an authentication token proxy service that converts the user auth token into a user auth token of the first platform. With this token, subsequent API requests of a backend of the first platform from the frontend of the second platform can be served directly by the second platform.

Abstract: Systems for capturing and organizing team-generated content produced during a meeting defined/facilitated by a third-party meeting tool or service. In particular, a server system includes a memory allocation and a processor allocation configured to cooperate to instantiate an instance of a bridge service configured to communicably couple to API endpoints of the third-party meeting tool and to one or more collaboration tools. The bridge service can use meeting data obtained from a third-party meeting tool to obtain task information from a task management system for task associated with a current meeting being hosted by the third-party meeting tool. The bridge service can analyze the task information to determine a status of the tasks, and generate graphical summaries of the task associated with the event. The graphical summaries can be displayed to participants of the current meeting.

Abstract: The disclosure is directed to a document management system having a label management user interface. The document management system may be configured to display document content in either a document view mode or a document edit mode in which document content is displayed in a content panel of the graphical user interface. When in the document view mode and an authenticated user has edit permissions with respect to a current document, the graphical user interface is configured to display a label management user interface including an array of user-selectable label graphical objects and a list of recommended labels selected in accordance with a label score that is based on a set of multiple heuristics. Using the label management user interface, the user may transition from recommended label operations to a dynamic search operation and to a custom label creation operation without leaving the context of the current interface.

Messages may be classified according to whether and how they are to be displayed in various user interfaces of the client device. A centralized classification service may maintain a centralized and dynamic rules ledger having aggregated rule entries for a group of users. The centralized classification service may update the dynamic rules ledger based on receiving and aggregating user classification preferences received from client devices. The dynamic rules ledger may be used to automatically enable, disable, and/or edit classification rules on one or more client devices.

Abstract: A software platform includes a frontend and a backend application instance. A user can operate the frontend to modify a data object stored in a database of the backend application instance. The data object may be associated with a higher-order object, referred to as an entity of the software platform. One or more data consumers (e.g., search engine indexing services) may require as input a full computed state of platform-level objects such as entities. The software platform defers computation of entities until necessary by inserting work items into a work item queue that reference entities in need of full state computation. Worker nodes wait specified deferral periods before computing full entity states and transmitting the full computed states to the one or more data consumers, thereby significantly reducing redundant computation of full entity states.

A first machine learning model is trained using the training dataset. The first machine learning model as trained provides cluster data that indicates, for each data record of the plurality of data records of the training dataset, membership in a cluster of a plurality of clusters. An enhanced training dataset is created that comprises the message data from the training dataset, the action data from the training dataset, and the cluster data.
