Abstract: A lithographic apparatus (LA) prints product features and at least one focus metrology pattern (T) on a substrate. The focus metrology pattern is defined by a reflective reticle and printing is performed using EUV radiation (404) incident at an oblique angle (?). The focus metrology pattern comprises a periodic array of groups of first features (422). A spacing (S1) between adjacent groups of first features is much greater than a dimension (CD) of the first features within each group. Due to the oblique illumination, the printed first features become distorted and/or displaced as a function of focus error. Second features 424 may be provided as a reference against which displacement of the first features may be seen. Measurement of this distortion and/or displacement may be by measuring asymmetry as a property of the printed pattern. Measurement can be done at longer wavelengths, for example in the range 350-800 nm.

Abstract: A method for creating a plane panorama from point cloud data using Hough transformations is disclosed. The method involves converting the three-dimensional point cloud into a two-dimensional histogram with bins grouping neighboring points, and performing a Hough transformation on the histogram. The resulting transformed data is segmented and the method searches the segments iteratively for a major line, followed by lines that are orthogonal, diagonal, or parallel to the major line, and discards outlying data in each bin as lines are identified. The detected lines are connected to form planes, and the planes are assembled into a hole- and gap-filled panorama. The method may also use an algorithm such as a Random Sample Consensus (RANSAC) algorithm to detect a ground plane.
Abstract: Disclosed are processes for obtaining a microbial oil comprising one or more polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) from one or more microbial cells by lysing the cells to form a lysed cell composition and then recovering the oil from the lysed cell composition. Further disclosed is microbial oil comprising one or more PUFAs that is recovered from microbial cells by at least one process described.

Abstract: Methods, structures and computer program products for digital sample rate conversion are presented. An input digital sample with a first frequency is converted to an output sample with a second frequency. A sample rate conversion circuit is provided which provides an enhanced transposed farrow structure that enables an optimised trade-off between noise levels and computational complexity. Each output sample is derived by convolution of a continuous time interpolation kernel with a continuous time step function representing the input sample stream. In a sample rate conversion structure, there is a trade-off between the quality and the computational complexity. The quality is defined as a ratio between the (wanted) signal power and the (unwanted) noise power. The computational complexity may be defined as the average number of arithmetic operations that are required to generate one output sample. A higher computational complexity will generally lead to a higher power consumption and larger footprint.
Abstract: A system for simultaneously driving a plurality of antennas for transmission of an electromagnetic wave includes a first terminal, a second terminal, a first driver coupled to the first terminal, and a second driver coupled to the second terminal. The system includes a circuit configured to generate an indication of a phase difference between a first current through the first terminal and a second current through the second terminal. The system includes a control circuit configured to enable the first driver and the second driver to concurrently drive a first signal through the first terminal and a second signal through the second terminal, respectively, and configured to adjust a delay between the first signal and the second signal based on the indication of the phase difference and a predetermined target phase difference.
