Abstract: A retractor may include various features that reduce the amount of space necessary to secure an object, for example, a wheelchair in a vehicle. In one embodiment, the webbing is designed to come off of the top of the retractor spool, which shifts the webbing take-off point from the spool rearward, as compared to prior art retractors. In another embodiment, the retractor is provided with a webbing guide that rotates around at least a portion of the circumference of the retractor spool. The rotatable guide also shifts the take-off point from the webbing guide rearward, as compared to prior art retractors. In yet another embodiment, the retractor is provided with both a rotatable webbing guide and webbing that comes off of the top of the spool.

  • Publication number: 20190094712
Abstract: In a dark-field metrology method using a small target, a characteristic of an image of the target, obtained using a single diffraction order, is determined by fitting a combination fit function to the measured image. The combination fit function includes terms selected to represent aspects of the physical sensor and the target. Some coefficients of the combination fit function are determined based on parameters of the measurement process and/or target. In an embodiment the combination fit function includes jinc functions representing the point spread function of a pupil stop in the imaging system.

  • Publication number: 20190094402
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for determining skew measurements for clock errors in an autonomous seismic node. A parabolic fit may be used to estimate the clock drift of an ocean bottom seismic node during node deployment. A temperature and/or frequency trend and a real-time temperature measurement may be used to compute a temperature corrected parabolic trend. The temperature and/or frequency trend may be measured in a laboratory on a node by node basis or it may be a single trend that is suitable for all nodes. The method may include measuring clock skew prior to node deployment and after node recovery, correcting the pre and post deployment skew measurements based on a temperature and/or frequency trend and/or to a constant reference temperature, and/or computing a parabolic trend of the skew measurements of the clock based on the temperature corrected pre and post deployment skew measurements.

  • Patent number: 10241418
Abstract: A diagnostic apparatus monitors a lithographic manufacturing system. First measurement data representing local deviations of some characteristic across a substrate is obtained using sensors within a lithographic apparatus, and/or a separate metrology tool. Other inspection tools perform substrate backside inspection to produce second measurement data. A high-resolution backside defect image is processed into a form in which it can be compared with lower resolution information from the first measurement data. Cross-correlation is performed to identify which of the observed defects are correlated spatially with the deviations represented in the first measurement data. A correlation map is used to identify potentially relevant clusters of defects in the more detailed original defect map. The responsible apparatus can be identified by pattern recognition as part of an automated root cause analysis. Alternatively, reticle inspection data may be used as second measurement data.
