The stowage compartment includes a stowage compartment drawer, and a protective breathing equipment compartment is mounted to a side wall of the aircraft cabin monument, and includes a forwardly facing edge that follows a contour of the forwardly facing wall of the aircraft cabin monument extending from a forwardly facing recess to the floor of the cabin.
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a composition comprising a compatible blend of i) 60 to 85 weight percent of a linear poly(arylene sulfide), ii) 15 to 40 weight percent of a polyetherimide sulfone; and iii) 1 to 3 weight percent of a novolac resin having an average of 2 or more epoxy groups per molecule. Weight percent is based on the total weight of the composition. An article made from the composition has a tensile strength greater than or equal to 70 megaPascals (MPa), as determined by ASTM D638, an impact strength of greater than or equal to 3 kiloJoules per square meter (kJ/m2), as determined by ASTM D256, and an elongation at break greater than or equal to 3 % as determined by ASTM D638. Methods of making the composition are also disclosed.
Abstract: In one embodiment, a method is provided for componentized junction models. A plurality of road junction configurations are defined with a different set of road segment models corresponding to each of the plurality of road junction configurations. One of the plurality of road junction configurations are selected for a route through a physical road junction. A model of the physical road junction is generated by assembling the set of road segment models corresponding to the selected road junction configuration. The three-dimensional model of the physical road junction is rendered.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a molding machine, particularly for lollipops, with a die set that, during production, rotates around an axle. The present invention further relates to a molding machine with a container for the stick and to a method to assemble or disassemble a die set from the axle of a molding machine.
Abstract: A system (300) for supporting an exchangeable object (302) can include a movable structure (304) and an object holder (306) configured to be movable relative to the movable structure. The object holder can be configured to hold the exchangeable object. The system can also include a first actuator assembly (308) and second actuator assembly (316). The first actuator assembly can be configured to apply a force to the object holder to translate the exchangeable object generally along a plane. The second actuator assembly can be configured to apply a bending moment to the object holder. The exchangeable object can be a patterning device of a lithographic apparatus.
Abstract: A lighting device (1) is provided comprising at least one light source (3), a wavelength converting element (8) adapted to convert a wavelength of light emitted by the at least one light source, at least one support (7) arranged to support the wavelength converting element remote from the at least one light source, and an envelope (2) adapted to enclose the wavelength converting element and at least a portion of the at least one support. The at least one support is arranged to be able to pivot relative to the wavelength converting element. The present lighting device enables using a rigid wavelength converting element and an at least partially rigid support, as these two components may be moved relative to each other for facilitating insertion of the unit in the envelope.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a circuit arrangement for mitigating power quality issues. It offers protection to sensitive devices against, for example, voltage sags and swells. The system introduces, for loads connected to an AC power source (e.g. a TV in a home connected to the power grid) a DC power source coupled to a controllable inverter and a controllable switching mechanism. By switching to a series configuration, the DC power source (e.g. a photovoltaic power source) can either draw or supply power in order to mitigate a power quality issue. In normal operation, by switching to a parallel configuration the DC power source can feed the load.
Abstract: A radiation source apparatus comprising: a container comprising walls for defining a space for containing a gaseous medium in which plasma which emits plasma emitted radiation is generated following excitation of the gaseous medium by a driving radiation; and a thermal load applicator adapted to apply a thermal load to at least part of the walls of the container to reduce stresses in the walls.
Abstract: A lithographic apparatus including: a first object, a second object which is moveable relative to the first object in a moving direction, a set of cables and/or tubing arranged between the first object and the second object, a guiding drum to guide the set of cables and/or tubing, the guiding drum being rotatable about a rotation axis extending perpendicular to the moving direction, a drum positioning device to position the guiding drum such that it follows movement of the set of cables and/or tubing caused by movement of the second object relative to the first object and a guiding structure to guide movement of the guiding drum in the moving direction.
Abstract: There is disclosed a method of transferring data using a tag, said tag comprising an RF interface unit, a host interface unit and a memory, the method comprising: the RF interface unit connects the tag to an RF device; the host interface unit connects the tag to a host device; the tag enters into a pass-through mode; in said pass-through mode, the tag transfers data, either in a first configured transfer direction, from the RF device to the host device, or, in a second configured transfer direction, from the host device to the RF device; in said pass-through mode, the tag buffers said data in the memory. Furthermore, a corresponding computer program product and a corresponding tag are disclosed.
Abstract: A voice coil motor controller configured to determine a voltage across and a current through a voice coil motor having an input signal supplied thereto and determine its impedance therefrom, the controller further configured to identify asymmetry in variations of said impedance over time to determine an asymmetry value, the controller further configured to provide for control of said voice coil motor using said asymmetry value.
Abstract: A method of manufacturing an X-ray tube component, includes diffusion bonding or brazing an anode of rhodium, molybdenum or tungsten to a heat spreader of molybdenum, tungsten, or a composite of molybdenum and/or tungsten. Suitable joint materials for diffusion bonding include gold; suitable joint materials for brazing include an alloy of silver and copper, an alloy of silver, copper and palladium, an alloy of gold and copper or an alloy of gold, copper and nickel. The resulting tube component delivers reliable behaviors and the joint can withstand high temperatures, high temperature gradients, fast temperature changes, extremely high radiation and extremely high electric field, while maintaining good high vacuum properties.

Abstract: The invention provides a method, a hardware circuit and a hardware device for enabling a software application to be executed on a hardware device in dependence of the hardware circuit, while preventing the execution of a binary copy of the application in another hardware device. Challenge data originating from the software application is input to a hardware circuit of the hardware device, wherein the hardware circuit is configured to perform a deterministic function. Response data is generated by the hardware device, which is used to manipulate at least a part of the software application to thereby enable the software application to be executed.
