Abstract: The invention relates to a radiation curable resin composition for forming a coating layer for electrical wire; wherein the electrical wire is destined for use as automotive electrical wire. In addition, this invention relates to a radiation curable resin composition for forming a coating layer for telephone cable and electrical wire for connecting between electronic devices and inside electronic devices. The resin composition includes the following: (A) a urethane (meth)acrylate having a hard segment derived from an aromatic polyol and a soft segment derived from an aliphatic polyol in a single molecule; (B) a compound with a cyclic structure and one ethylenic unsaturated group; and (C) a radiation polymerization initiator.

Abstract: An egg chain gripper actuating device for use with an egg transfer device. The device comprises an egg conveyor with parallel egg chains movable in a transport direction, each chain supporting egg grippers each adapted to support an egg, which grippers can individually be actuated. The device further comprises an egg receiving unit with a receiving area for receiving eggs released by the egg grippers. The device further comprises one group of one or more actuators for each egg chain, which actuators are designed for selectively actuating passing egg grippers. Multiple support frames are provided, each supporting one or more groups of actuators, of which at least one frame is adjustable parallel to the transport direction and relative to another frame, such that the position of the actuators of the one or more groups supported by the frame can be adjusted relative to the position of the one of more actuators of the one or more groups supported by the other frame.

Abstract: A sheet folding apparatus includes a sheet transport system, adjustable folding members arranged to bend and fold a sheet fed by the transport system, and a control system arranged to adjust the folding members to set positions in accordance with information on sheet properties. The control system stores a table that specifies different set positions of the folding members for different bending properties of the sheets and is adapted to read information on the bending properties of the sheets to be folded and to adjust the folding members to set positions as specified by the bending properties.

Abstract: Described herein is a method for simulating an image formed within a resist layer on a substrate resulting from an incident radiation, the substrate having a first feature and a second feature underlying the resist layer, the method comprising: simulating a first partial image using interaction of the incident radiation and the first feature without using interaction of the incident radiation and the second feature; simulating a second partial image using the interaction of the incident radiation and of the second feature without using the interaction of the incident radiation and the first feature; computing the image formed within the resist layer from the first partial image, and the second partial image; wherein the interaction of the incident radiation and the first feature is different from the interaction of the incident radiation and the second feature.

Abstract: An integrated cellular/Voice over IP (VoIP) telephone system including a flexible alerting system, which in response to an inbound call placed to a pilot telephone number, routes a first call leg to a cellular telephone assigned to the pilot telephone number and a second call leg to a telephone number. The telephone system includes a VoIP server configured to establish an inbound call to a VoIP client and establish an outbound call setting caller identification data corresponding to the pilot telephone number, responsive to an outbound call by the VoIP client. An outbound call from the VoIP client to the pilot telephone number is automatically routed to a voice mail system unless otherwise indicated. Based on an indication to not use a pilot telephone number for caller identification, an outbound call is established from the VoIP client to the cellular telephone, without being automatically directed to the voice mail system.

A moveable cylindrical member is disposed with the fixed cylindrical member in a sliding fit. The shelf includes a front rail, a rear rail and two side rails disposed between the front rail and the rear rail, a plurality of cross-rails extending from the front rail to the rear rail parallel to and between the side rails, and a plurality of horizontal rails disposed under the plurality of cross-rails. The reinforcement system includes a plurality of support rails disposed under and perpendicular to the plurality of horizontal rails, and a plurality of reinforcement rails disposed perpendicular to and under the plurality of support rails. The reinforcement system puts the surface of the shelf in tension or otherwise bends a center region of the surface of the shelf upward when unloaded (or when free of product) to offset downward deflection due to weight of product to be displayed.

Abstract: Lightweight, hook-engageable materials capable of functioning as hook-engageable fasteners are treated and configured for use for economical and attractive displays and decorations. Laminates of the material with various substrates with associated printing are used to form visually attractive point of purchase, merchandise or trade show displays. Self-supporting or stable materials having lettering or designs on their surface are used to form banners or floor coverings. Non-woven materials with varied areal density of fibers perform those functions with particular economy. Low density knit fabrics are also useful according to broad features of the invention. Methods are shown to produce reinforced corrugated board and desirably laminated and printed materials having hook-engageable surfaces.

Abstract: The invention pertains to a particulate composition comprising calcium lactate and calcium citrate microparticles having an average diameter from 0.1 ?m to 20 ?m, wherein the composition is in the form of particles with an average diameter from 25 ?m to 1 ?m, wherein the ratio by weight of calcium lactate to calcium citrate, based on the dry weight, is 80:20 to 30:70 , and wherein the calcium lactate is a non-polymeric agglomeration agent for the calcium citrate microparticles. The invention further relates to a process for producing the particulate composition wherein an aqueous solution of calcium lactate comprising calcium citrate microparticles is spray-dried to the particulate composition, to the use of the particulate composition as calcium-enhancer, and to alimentary products.

Abstract: Disclosed is a stimulated Raman scattering effect (SRS), amplifying optical fiber that includes a central core comprising a dielectric matrix that is capable of vibrating at a given frequency (?Raman) under the effect of a pump signal. The optical fiber includes at least one kind of metallic nanostructure that is capable of generating surface plasmon resonance (SPR) in the optical fiber. Abstract: A system, method and computer program product for identifying near and exact-duplicate documents in a document collection, including for each document in the collection, reading textual content from the document; filtering the textual content based on user settings; determining N most frequent words from the filtered textual content of the document; performing a quorum search of the N most frequent words in the document with a threshold M; and sorting results from the quorum search based on relevancy. Based on the values of N and M near and exact-duplicate documents are identified in the document collection.

Abstract: The present invention concerns a method for coating granules comprising mesalazine, with a coating mixture comprising two polymers, polymer I and polymer II; said polymer I being selected to allow formation of a closing membrane around said granules in the absence of said polymer II, and said polymer II being selected to act as a water-soluble pore former in said coating mixture; wherein a) the amount of polymer I is adjusted to provide a closing membrane in the absence of polymer II, and b) the amount of polymer II in said coating mixture is adjusted to obtain coated granules which exhibit controlled release of mesalazine. The invention further concerns a product obtainable by the coating method.
