Abstract: In a friction transmission belt including a rubber layer forming a pulley contact surface, the rubber layer includes a rubber composition containing polyolefin particles and an inorganic filler. In the rubber composition, a total content of the polyolefin particles and the inorganic filler with respect to 100 parts by mass of a rubber component is 85 parts by mass or more.
Abstract: The present invention provides an optically clear adhesive sheet with reduced delay bubble generation using a thermosetting polyurethane composition that has excellent flexibility and is capable of giving a thick film. The optically clear adhesive sheet of the present invention is an optically clear adhesive sheet formed of a cured product of a thermosetting polyurethane composition, the optically clear adhesive sheet having a shear storage modulus (G?) at 85° C. of 4.5×103 to 5.0×104 Pa, a loss tangent (tan ?) at 85° C. of 0.3 to 0.97, and a thickness of 50 to 2000 ?m. The optically clear adhesive sheet preferably has an adhesive strength measured by a 180° peel test of 2 N/25 mm or more.

Abstract: A power transmission belt has a front rubber face and a back rubber surface. The back rubber surface has an uneven surface of rubber which, when the power transmission belt is wound around a flat pulley, comes in contact with the flat pulley. The uneven surface of rubber has a pattern created by a mold having an impression of a surface of a woven fabric or a knitted fabric. The impression has projected parts and recessed parts, and each of the projected parts has a flat top surface. The power transmission belt is wound around a number of pulleys in a belt transmission system in which the pulleys include a flat pulley with which the uneven surface of the power transmission belt comes in contact.
Abstract: The present invention addresses the problem of providing a surface protective film laminate, surface protective film and its producing method. The surface protective film which has excellent smoothness, light transmission properties, transparency, scratch resistance, weather resistance and self-healing properties. The present invention provides, as a solution, a surface protective film wherein three layers, namely, a protective layer, a transparent base film and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are laminated in this order, said protective layer being formed of a thermosetting polyurethane which is a cured product of a polyether polyol, an aliphatic isocyanate, an alcohol-based curing agent and a non-amine catalyst.

Abstract: A bonding composition which can give high bonding strength by a relatively low bonding temperature, and at the same time, can inhibit the formation of the fillet while maintaining the sufficient spreading over the interface to be bonded, is provided. The present invention is related to a bonding composition comprising inorganic particles as a primary component and an organic component as a secondary component, wherein a viscosity of the composition decreases upon a rise in temperature, and the inorganic particles are sintered to each other following the decrease in viscosity. It is preferred that the viscosity at around 25° C. of the bonding composition is 10 to 50 Pa·s at a shear of 10 s?1.
Abstract: The present invention provides an optically clear adhesive sheet using a heat-curable polyurethane composition, wherein the optically clear adhesive sheet can, when bonded to an adherend such as a glass plate, prevent the occurrence of air bubbles even at high temperature and normal humidity and maintain a stable bonded interface. Both of the belt teeth and the back portion are made of rubber. The core is not exposed from inter-tooth portions which are located between the belt teeth. A conductive coated composite body includes: a base; a resin layer that is formed on at least a part of the base; and a conductive coating film that is formed on at least a part of the resin layer. The conductive coating film is a sintered body of silver fine particles; the main component of the resin layer is a polyurethane resin having an elongation at break of 600% or more; and the polyurethane resin has one of the functional groups represented by —COO—H, —COOR, —COO?NH+R2 and —COO?NH4+.

The belt includes a thermoplastic resin film provided to coat a pulley contact surface of the belt body, and a powder layer comprised of reduced friction coefficient powder particles provided on a surface side of the thermoplastic resin film.
