    Abstract: A delivery assembly includes a console including a vial containment region and a vial engagement mechanism extending from the console within the vial containment region. The engagement mechanism is configured to engage a vial assembly including a particulate material. The delivery assembly further includes a multi-port needle with a top distal port and bottom proximal port(s), the needle configured to puncture a septum of the vial assembly when the vial assembly is in the locked position, in which the top distal port is at a distance above the particulate material in the vial assembly. The ports are configured to inject a fluid into the vial assembly to mix with the particulate material upon actuation of the vial engagement mechanism in a first direction and to receive a resulting mixed fluid from the vial assembly upon actuation of the vial engagement mechanism in a second opposite direction.

The operator mechanism has a head portion configured to releasably engage the stylet hub and an arm member configured to releasably engage the cannula hub. The stylet hub is configured to be rotationally movable between an engaged position and a disengaged position, wherein in the engaged position the stylet hub is releasably connected to the head portion of the operator mechanism, and in the disengaged position, the stylet hub is disconnected from the head portion of the operator mechanism to facilitate axial movement of the stylet assembly in a proximal direction independent of the operator mechanism.

When the first polarity is supplied, the ETM heats the first surface component and cools the second surface component, and when the second polarity is supplied, the ETM cools the first surface component and heats the second surface component. Each ETM and/or probe arm is configured for independent control.

A sealant delivery system includes a sealant applicator that has two chambers separate from one another. Each chamber includes an output port on a distal end thereof. The sealant applicator also has a quarter turn connector disposed on a distal end of the sealant applicator adjacent to the output port of each chamber. The quarter turn connector is shaped to releasably interlock with a corresponding quarter turn connector of an injection needle assembly having input ports or a corresponding quarter turn connector of a dual chamber mixing syringe having mixing ports. When the injection needle assembly or the dual chamber mixing syringe is coupled to the sealant applicator via the quarter turn connector, the input ports or the mixing ports are aligned and sealed with the output port of each chamber of the sealant applicator.
