  • Patent number: 11711288
Abstract: A network device receives a data packet including a source address and a destination address. The network device drops the data packet before it reaches the destination address and generates an error message indicating that the data packet has been dropped. The network device encapsulates the error message with a segment routing header comprising a list of segments. The first segment of the list of segments in the segment routing header identifies a remote server, and at least one additional segment is an instruction for handling the error message. The network device sends the encapsulated error message to the remote server based on the first segment of the segment routing header.

  • Patent number: 11709610
Abstract: A memory system, a memory controller and an operating method are disclosed. A first area, a second area included in the first area, and a third area are set. An area to which target data is to be written is determined to the first area or the third area. When the target data is written to the first area, the target data is preferentially written to the second area. The number of data bits stored per memory cell in the first area is less than the number of data bits stored per memory cell in the third area. As a consequence, it is possible to secure storage capacity of the memory system to at least a set reference while securing data write performance of the memory system recognized by a host to at least a set reference.

  • Patent number: 11711316
Abstract: An online software platform (OSP) classifies challenges to digital rules into buckets according to respective challenged digital rules that were applied to produce respective challenged resources. The OSP computes respective statistics for the buckets. Each bucket may have a corresponding statistic associated with the bucket based on a current total number of challenges that have been classified into that bucket. The OSP ranks the buckets according to the respective statistics of the buckets. The OSP may correct, based on the ranking of the buckets, the respective challenged stored digital rule of the selected bucket without yet correcting the respective challenged digital rule of at least one of the other buckets. This correction is stored and included in digital rules to be used to produce resources going forward.

  • Patent number: 11711095
Abstract: A memory device having a Low-Density Parity-Check (LDPC) decoder that is energy efficient and has a low error floor. The decoder is configured to determine syndromes of bits in a codeword, select bits in the codeword based at least in part on the syndromes according to a first mode, and flip the selected bits in the codeword. The decoder can repeat the bit selection and flipping operations to iteratively improve the codeword and reduce parity violations. Further, the decoder can detect a pattern in parity violations of the codeword in its iterative bit flipping operations. In response, the decoder can change from the first mode to a second mode in bit selection for flipping. For example, the decoder can transmit from a dynamic syndrome mode to a static syndrome mode in response to the pattern of repeating a cycle of bit flipping iterations.

  • Patent number: 11709858
Abstract: Automatically mapping unlabeled input data onto a target schema via semantic type detection is described. The input data includes data elements that are structured as 2D table rows and columns forming cells. Each data element is included in a cell. The target schema includes a set of fields. Schema mapping includes mapping each column to one or more fields. More particularly, the fields are clustered into field clusters, where each field cluster includes one or more of the fields. Each column is automatically mapped to one of the field clusters of the set of field clusters. The mapping between schema fields and data columns is automatically performed based on appropriate pairings of the detected semantic types, where the semantic types are encoded in vector representations of the fields, the field clusters, and the data elements.
