    Abstract: The present invention provides a fault prediction and condition-based repair method of an urban rail train bogie. An optimum service life distribution model of a framework, a spring device, a connecting device, a wheel set and axle box, a driving mechanism, and a basic brake device of a bogie is determined by adopting a method based on survival analysis; a reliability characteristic function of each subsystem is obtained; then, a failure rate of each subsystem of the bogie is calculated by adopting a neural network model optimized by an evolutionary algorithm; and finally, proportional risk modelling is conducted by taking the failure rate and safe operation days of each subsystem of the bogie as concomitant variables; and on the basis of cost optimization, thresholds and control limits for condition-based repair of a bogie system are obtained.

    Abstract: A Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) handover method is provided. The method comprises a mobile station receiving probe frames sent in a predefined time interval from a current associated access point and an adjacent access point during a preset time period. The station obtains and stores a signal strength for each access point based on the beacon frames. The station performs fuzzy processing of the signal strengths and change rates of the signal strengths to obtain fuzzy data characterizing levels of the signal strengths and the change rates. The station performs fuzzy reasoning based on the fuzzy data to obtain reasoning outputs. A target access point is determined by the station based on the reasoning outputs. The station authenticates with the target access point, and sends a re-association request frame to the target access point. Re-association is established after a re-association response frame is received by the station.

According to the present invention, any lost packets and abnormal paths can be found as fast as possible, and can be retransmitted quickly. So this method can avoid the failure of all paths from handing in packets to upper layer only for the abnormity in one path, which limits the speed of whole association.

Firstly, it receives the polynomial of the described pre-distorter and then, the polynomial is transformed into the matrix expression, obtaining the pre-distorter consisted of K pre-distortion functions, where K denotes the maximum order of the described polynomials. Secondly, singular value decomposition is performed for the pre-distortion matrix, obtaining singular value matrix. Thirdly, on the basis of the singular value matrix, effective rank of the pre-distortion matrix is obtained. Such effective rank of the pre-distortion matrix is determined as the effective order of the polynomial.

    Abstract: A method for communication of MIPv6 mobile nodes, comprising: the mobile node accesses network at access location and obtains care of address, calculating a privacy identifier PID using the care of address etc. the mobile node replaces its home address by the PID, and sends the PID and the care of address together as binding update message to the home agent and correspondent node, the home agent and correspondent node recover the home address for the mobile node using the PID after they have received the binding update message. The method for communication of MIPv6 mobile nodes according to the present invention uses that a configuring replaced identifier replacing the home address is sent, thereby hiding Ipv6 address. By setting PID and its algorithm, we improve the sequence number in the binding update messages enabling the sequence number has randomness, and prevent the intercepting person continue tracking the mobile node through the home address.
