Abstract: A two-compartment dispenser comprises a first compartment, a second compartment and dispensing means. The first compartment contains an aqueous composition comprising a source of active oxygen and having a pH of greater than 0 but less than 7 and a perhydrolase enzyme. The second compartment contains an aqueous composition comprising an ester. The dispensing means is adapted to dispense the contents (or part thereof) of the compartments on to a surface either sequentially or simultaneously to form a mixture thereof.
Abstract: A water-soluble package comprising at least two water-soluble bodies, preferably detergent compositions, wherein the at least two bodies are not adhered to each other by an adhesive and are retained in positions relative to one another by a water-soluble film surrounding the bodies. These bodies have good dissolution properties in water and are dimensionally stable.

Abstract: A refill device for a multi-dosing detergent delivery device comprises: a plurality of dosage elements each containing an amount of detergent; and a disposable dosage element support means for containing said dosage elements and holding them in a specific configuration prior to use, wherein said specific configuration matches a compartment layout of a multi-chamber inlet part of a multi-dosing detergent delivery device and facilitates insertion of said dosage elements into said multi-chamber inlet part by a user without the user needing to handle any of said dosage elements directly. In one variant, primary retail packaging is provided mimicking the internal formation of the multi-chamber inlet part (400) such that the removal of a lid and subsequent inverting of a base portion of the packaging over the multi-chamber inlet part brings the dosage elements into correct registration with the chambers of the multi-chamber inlet part.

Abstract: The invention concerns detergent dosing devices and particularly a device for metering detergent doses within a dishwashing machine. A detergent dosing device according to an embodiment of the invention comprises: a lid assembly (20) and a base assembly (10). The base assembly (10) is arranged to receive an array of “n” detergent doses and the device is arranged to perform “n” washing cycles prior to replacement of said array. The device provides improvements over the prior art in that it includes provision for counting means in the form of a counting ring (26) for providing a visual indication to a user of a number of washing cycles performed or remaining and further has an end of life indication means (22) for indicating, independently of said counting means, that “n” cycles have been carried out and that said array requires replacement.
