The product may include one or more non-corrugated plastic or foam elements. Each of the elements or sheets are grouped together to form a stack which is cut to fuse adjacent elements or sheets together without the need for any additional material.

Abstract: A partition assembly for dividing the space inside a container into two levels is provided. The partition assembly comprises first and second sets of parallel dividers or partitions. The dividers of the first set each have at least one tongue. One divider from the second set of parallel dividers has a series of spaced passages which are aligned with and adapted to receive the respective tongues of the dividers of the first set of dividers. When the one divider is folded or bent, multiple levels are created in the partition assembly.

Abstract: A lightweight horizontal dispensing container comprises a pallet base, a pallet cover and a three sided sleeve extending between the pallet base and the pallet cover. The container may be stacked on top of similar pallet covers or below similar pallet bases. A rectangular frame is secured to opposed walls and defines an opening on a fourth side of the container. Dunnage is located inside the container to provide horizontal access to parts inside the container. This container enables a horizontal dispensing container to be stacked above or below conventional pallet loads.

Abstract: A product made from an extruded sheet or web of material having a non-linear cross-section, and the process of making the product is provided. The extruded web or extrudate is plastically deformed in selected areas and then folded. When folded into the appropriate shape, the extrudate is formed into a product having a plurality of cells. Optionally, the cells can include one or more openings, allowing access to an interior of the cell and reducing the weight of the product.

Abstract: An injection molded, recessed insert is disclosed which is adapted to receive and hold a label or label holder. The insert may be snap-locked in an opening in a container such as a tote box. The insert provides a recessed area for the label or label holder so the label or label holder is not removed or ripped off of the container wall when contacted by another object. In one embodiment a cover is hinged to the recess. In another embodiment, the cover is removably secured to the recess.

Abstract: A collapsible cargo container is configurable into an erected condition and a collapsed condition. The container comprises a base, a pair of opposed side walls hinged to the base, a top hinged to the side walls joined in a unitary ring, a front wall hinged to the base, a back wall hinged to the base, flaps hinged to the side walls and top, and a door formed in one of the walls. Fasteners secure the flaps to the front and back walls when the container is in the erected condition. The front and back walls are collapsible upon the base and the side walls and top are collapsible upon the front and back walls when the container is in the collapsed condition.

The partition assembly is held together by a floor parent welded to the intersecting partitions. The floor has a lower outer skin and a foam layer to which the partitions are parent welded.

Abstract: A honeycomb product made from a web of material which may be used alone or in a multi-layered material is provided with multiple openings to improve the strength to weight ratio of the honeycomb product. When folded into the appropriate shape, the openings through the web of material used to make the honeycomb product may be located on the top or bottom or sides of the cells of the honeycomb product.

Dunnage is suspended from the support members. The dunnage comprises a plurality of flexible members, at least some of the flexible members having stabilizers attached to the flexible member for stabilizing and protecting product being shipped. In one embodiment, tracks may be attached to opposite sides of the body, and support member assemblies extend between the tracks. Dunnage is suspended from the support member assemblies. Portions of the support member assemblies move in the tracks to move products suspended by the dunnage to a more ergonomically friendly position for loading or unloading.
