Abstract: A knee brace to stabilize the patella has a main body positionable over the knee, a hinged longitudinal support assembly, a buttress, a buttress retention flap overlaying the buttress, a cam positioned proximal to the support assembly and a tensioning line. The buttress is positioned against the side of the knee opposite the support assembly and applies a variable compression force to the knee. The tensioning line engages the cam and operatively connects it to the buttress via the buttress retention flap to automatically vary the compression force applied to the knee in response to rotation of the support assembly.

Real-time animation of the user's performance is shown on the user's computing device along with exercise guidance. The user may view general and custom videos of exercise routines on the user's computing device. Abstract: A brace is provided for treating humeral fractures. The brace is secured to a patient's humerus and forearm. The brace utilizes a hinge system which enables the portion of the brace secured to the patient's forearm to rotate in a plurality of planes relative to the portion of the brace secured to the patient's humerus. The hinge system allows the brace to be adjusted to the most advantageous position for the patient. Once the brace has been adjusted to the most advantageous position, the hinge system can be locked so that the brace remains in that position.

The mesh section has a plurality of void spaces extending through the laminate which freely permit air flow therethrough. The support member overlays the pad with the ventilation window aligned with the underlying mesh section to freely permit air flow through the support member and pad via the aligned ventilation window and mesh section.
