Abstract: A method for determining a target rotational speed below an application rotational speed of a washing drum of a laundry treatment device having a drive and a vibrating system, wherein a dependence of a mechanical effect on items to be washed located in the washing drum on the respective nominal speed of the washing drum is used to ascertain the target rotational speed at which the mechanical effect is at the greatest. The mechanical effect at a respective target rotational speed is ascertained by measuring vibrating system movements of the vibrating system which exhibit greater frequency than the respective target rotational speed. The rotational speed at which the maximum vibrating system movement was measured is selected for carrying out the washing care procedure. The advantage of such a method is that the washing mechanics can be increased, thus improving the cleaning efficiency.

Abstract: A monitoring system for monitoring and setting at least one air parameter in a room includes at least one sensor and at least one monitoring unit, which is provided separately from the sensor. The at least one monitoring unit is connected to the sensor by a wireless communications link of a communications network. The communications network has at least one mobile terminal device on which at least a part of the monitoring unit is provided.

Abstract: A laundry drum for a laundry treating machine, wherein the laundry drum includes a drum cover that has a cylindrical shape and structures that are distributed in a circumferential direction of the drum cover. The structures project from the cylindrical shape of the drum cover that is mounted in the laundry drum. Further, the structures are formed from inwardly bulging linear elevations that extend along a circumferential line.

Abstract: A water conducting household appliance having at least one water supply line to supply the household appliance with water from a water network; an inlet valve arrangement connected to the water supply line and the water network; and a backflow prevention apparatus arranged in the inlet valve arrangement. The backflow prevention apparatus allows water to flow only in the direction of the household appliance and prevents water to flow in the direction of the water network.

Abstract: A built-in device, in particular a kitchen device, is provided and includes a front side and a unit wall comprising a unit front surface. Said method consists of the following steps: at least one adjusting device is secured to the built-in device in such a manner that an adjusting edge of the adjusting device protrudes over the front side of the device, the built-in device is inserted into the furniture niche until the adjusting edge is aligned with the front surface of the unit, the built-in device is secured to the unit niche. The invention also relates to an adjusting tool which is adapted, particularly, for carrying out said inventive method.

Abstract: A water-conducting household appliance, in particular a dishwasher, includes a hydraulic circuit for circulation of a wash fluid, and a filter facility which includes a filter element having an inner wall and at least one filter opening for passage of the wash fluid. The filter opening is bounded by the inner wall running around the filter opening. The inner wall has an upstream wall segment and a downstream wall segment, with a gradation being formed at least in a segment between an upstream and downstream wall segment of the inner wall of the filter opening. Additionally or independently hereof, the downstream wall segment has a cross section that increases in a flow direction of the wash fluid.

Abstract: A multiple oven, especially a double oven, with at least one lower oven and an upper oven arranged above it, features an upper fan for sucking in air over a surface of the upper oven, which features an upper vapor outlet, and also a lower fan for sucking in air over a surface of the lower oven, which features a lower vapor outlet. The multiple oven further features at least one vapor suction duct which is present for directing vapor exiting from the vapor outlet to one of the associated fans.

Abstract: A dishwasher, in particular domestic dishwasher, includes a washing tub which has at least one bearing race of a basket guide on each of its side walls respectively. The bearing race is rotatably mounted on a bearing point, which has a securing element to secure the bearing race in an axial direction. The securing element of the bearing point is constructed in the form of a retainer plate, which, as a separate component, is connected with the side wall of the washing tub by a material bond.

Abstract: In a method for operating an adsorption dryer, a process air flow, generated by at least one blower, is routed at least at times through an adsorption apparatus and over a textile goods in care during a textile care process in a “dry” operating mode to thereby charge a reversibly dehydratable adsorbent of the adsorption apparatus with moisture. A charge state of the adsorbent with water is detected and is displayed at least after the end of the “drying” textile care process. The absorbent is desorbed at least in part during a subsequent, selected and started textile care process in a “refresh” operating mode, and the desorbed moisture is routed as a moist process air flow into a receptacle for refreshing textile goods which are stored or hung in a stationary manner.

Abstract: A device is provided for filtering particles from a dishwashing fluid in a dishwashing machine, the dishwashing machine having a dishwashing container in which are disposed items to be subjected to the application of a dishwashing liquid thereto such that particles disentrained from the items during the application of a dishwashing liquid are entrained with the dishwashing liquid. The device includes a container operable to retain therein a predetermined quantity of a liquid mixed with at least one of a foam-forming substance and cleaning agents, the container including an arrangement for producing a flow of a gaseous fluid through the predetermined quantity of the liquid so as to generate a foam layer. The foam layer filters out from a dishwashing liquid passed through the foam layer a substantial fraction of particles entrained with the dishwashing liquid and such filtered-out particles are retained in the foam layer.

Abstract: The invention relates to two telescopic extensions that can be deployed in a refrigerating device to support thereon a goods carrier, such as a door-type goods carrier for refrigerated goods. Bridges are mounted on movable rails of the telescopic extensions and delimit, together with the movable rail, a gap for receiving a first carrier tab element of the goods carrier. The width of the gap is larger than the thickness of the first carrier tab element, and a first stabilizer tab element is inserted into the free space remaining after the first carrier tab element is inserted into the gap.

Abstract: A refrigerator door includes an outer wall and an inner wall which surround an intermediate space as well as vertical bars that protrude from the inner wall and are provided with catching steps for door shelves.
