  • Patent number: 11908573
Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for coordinating service for a user assigned to a service unit of a service facility. The techniques include receiving user data associated with the user, or resource status data associated with a status of a resource. The techniques further include determining a classification of the user based on the user data, the classification corresponding to a condition or service status of the user. The user may then be assigned to a user group based on the classification of the user. The user group may be associated with a recommendation for treating the user. The resource may also be assigned to a resource group based on the resource status data. The techniques further include generating a visual representation of at least a portion of the service unit based on the assigned user group or assigned resource group, and providing the visual representation to a user device for presentation.

  • Patent number: 11901080
Abstract: Techniques are disclosed for determining a risk assessment corresponding to a level of risk that a user of a service organization has or will develop a condition. The techniques include receiving user data associated with a user record of a user. The techniques further include inputting the user data into a trained prediction model of a user condition prediction system. The user data may include a plurality of data points, weighted relative to each other, that respectively correspond to one of a plurality of categories. The techniques further include determining, by the trained prediction model, a risk assessment of a user condition based on the user data. The risk assessment may then be provided to a user device of a user service agent for use coordinating user service.

  • Patent number: 11735026
Abstract: In some examples, systems, methods, and devices are described that generate contextual suggestions for patients. Generation of the contextual suggestions is triggered by certain events performed by a medical professional with respect to a patient (e.g., updating a patient record). The contextual suggestions are related to addressing health conditions of the patient and represent tasks or considerations which the medical professional should be made aware. The contextual suggestions are generated in a way that is considerate of patient context, medical professional context, and contexts of similar patients. The contextual suggestions can be presented to the medical professional for selection and execution.

  • Patent number: 11711327
Abstract: In some examples, user models are generated to represent experience of users with respect to their roles. Models that represent conditions are also generated. As part of generating a support element for a particular user, a triggering event is detected (e.g., an update to a user record), a condition is identified, a condition model and a user model are compared to identify a condition preparedness score. This score is used to generate the support element, which is shared with a user device of the user.

  • Patent number: 11552952
Abstract: A method and system for initiating message listening and routing message content to authorized user devices is disclosed. For a second user device to receive notifications regarding records of a first user, the second user device provides information identifying the first user to a notification service. The notification service verifies the identifying information. The notification service initiates one or more listeners to listen for messages flowing over a messaging bus that are relating to the first user. Once a message is identified, at least a portion of the message is used to generate a notification that may be sent to the second user device.

  • Patent number: 11394601
Abstract: A method for assessing completion of events in a network environment is provided. The method includes receiving a first event vector, generating a second event vector, machine matching the first event vector to the second event vector, and generating an output that includes a variable indicating whether an event corresponding to the first event vector is complete. If each of a plurality of first nodes of the first event vector matches a corresponding one of a plurality of the second nodes of the second event vector, the variable indicates that the event corresponding to the first event vector is complete. If at least one of the plurality of the first nodes of the first event vector is mismatched with the corresponding one of the plurality of the second nodes of the second event vector, the variable indicates that the event corresponding to the first event vector is incomplete.

  • Patent number: 11283726
Abstract: Techniques relate to facilitating assignments of tasks to promote efficient resource timetables. A first communication from a client device is received that corresponds to an electronic request to sue a resource to complete a task. A task type of the task and a client corresponding to the electronic request are identified. Usage data corresponding to the task type and client are identified. A task-assignment duration is defined based on the usage data and a buffer time period. An availability in a timetable of a resource that is of a duration that is at least as long as the task-assignment duration is identified. A second communication identifying a start time of the availability is transmitted to the client device. A third communication is received that accepts the start time, and a fourth communication is transmitted to a device controlling use of the resource that identifies the client, task and availability.
