Abstract: Systems and methods of processing delay predictions based on queue assessments are described herein. In some examples, the queues may correspond to queues for usage and/or access of resources. A central server can manage one or more queues for the resources. Queue elements can correspond to requests for performing a task, which can include a task for using and/or accessing a resource. The queue elements can remain in the queue until processing of the task is initiated.

Abstract: In some examples, structured and unstructured data is analyzed to determine whether a user is at risk for a certain condition. The results of this analysis can be included in a risk assessment. In some examples, structured and unstructured data is analyzed to determine whether a particular event has taken place. Once detection of occurrence of the event has taken place, a notification is generated that a correct recipient is identified. In addition, it is determined if and how the notification should be escalated.

Abstract: In some examples, a suggestion engine is provided to generate decision support output (DSO) based on data collected generation devices within a network. The DSO may be based on dependent users details, profile information for an authorized user associated with the dependent user, one or more knowledge artifacts, and/or other information related to a relationship between the dependent user and the authorized user. The DSO may include one or more suggestions, tasks, considerations, or the like. These may be presented in a customizable contextual user interface which presents DSO in a manner that considers the underlying context in which the dependent user exists. Based on a selection of a task or suggestion, a populator engine may populate one or more forms, which may be approved and provided to other authorized users. In addition, certain analytics data may be organized according to a performance indicator and included within a dashboard, which may be included in the contextual user interface.

Abstract: In some examples, there may be provided systems, devices, and methods for using data from disparate databases to determine characteristics of a set of users within an organizational unit and generate customized user interface elements for display within a user interface.
Abstract: A transaction management platform is provided that is configured to perform end-to-end tracking of messages in a medical network. Message tracking information is used to provide a graphical diagram to represent flow of messages within the medical network. Graphical properties of the diagram correspond to different properties of the messages.

Abstract: Techniques relate to facilitating assignments of tasks to promote efficient resource timetables. A first communication from a client device is received that corresponds to an electronic request to sue a resource to complete a task. A task type of the task and a client corresponding to the electronic request are identified. Usage data corresponding to the task type and client are identified. A task-assignment duration is defined based on the usage data and a buffer time period. An availability in a timetable of a resource that is of a duration that is at least as long as the task-assignment duration is identified. A second communication identifying a start time of the availability is transmitted to the client device. A third communication is received that accepts the start time, and a fourth communication is transmitted to a device controlling use of the resource that identifies the client, task and availability.

Abstract: A method and system for initiating message listening and routing message content to authorized user devices is disclosed. For a second user device to receive notifications regarding records of a first user, the second user device provides information identifying the first user to a notification service. The notification service verifies the identifying information. The notification service initiates one or more listeners to listen for messages flowing over a messaging bus that are relating to the first user. Once a message is identified, at least a portion of the message is used to generate a notification that may be sent to the second user device.

Abstract: A system and method to track management of hand hygiene is provided. The system includes a wireless tracking system to detect a resource within a proximity of a dispenser of sanitizer. The system can detects a release of the sanitizer from the dispenser, transmits a wireless signal from a transmitter at the dispenser to a receiver, and creates a display that includes a time of the release of sanitizer at the dispenser and a resource within the proximity of the dispenser at the time of release.
