Abstract: An antifreeze composition and method of use provides safety and protection for potable water systems in RVs, vacation homes, swimming pools and raw water cooled marine engines against freeze damage. The antifreeze composition includes propylene glycol, a sorbitol surfactant having a high Hydrophilic Lipophilic Balance (HLB) number and water. The preferred sorbitol surfactant consists of food grade polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monooleate. By directing the antifreeze composition into these water systems, freeze damage is prevented even when the temperature drops to extremely low levels.
Abstract: A stove cover is provided having a plurality of resilient feet. The resilient feet each contain a channel for engaging the grate atop the stove to hold it firmly in place and to prevent rattling. The cover includes a series of apertures for selective attaching the the feet at different locations thereon, depending on the particular stove and grate used with the cover.
Abstract: A vent cap cover for a recreational vehicle (RV) is provided which allows for dry air entry during rainy conditions. The vent cap cover allows easy observation of the vent cap and maximum air and light availability. Easy maintenance, cleaning and repairs of the vent cap from the exterior of the RV is possible by simply opening the upper, transparent section of the vent cap cover.
Abstract: A connector for an RV sewage holding tank includes a water inlet and a rotatable valve connected thereto. The valve has a plurality of positions and a spherical nozzle on the valve allows manual rotation whereby fresh water can be directed towards the holding tank for cleaning and dislodging debris contained therein. By rotating the nozzle to a rearward direction a stream of water can then be directed towards the sewage line for cleaning and draining debris or the like. The connector is molded from plastic, is lightweight and easy to use without tools or detailed training.

Abstract: An awning tension assembly and method allows the awning of a recreational vehicle to be secured during storms and gusty winds. The assembly is affixed to the ends of fluted awning roll bars and includes a clip which fits within a roll bar flute for securement. The assembly can be installed and adjusted to provide the requisite tension required and can be easily removed when no longer needed.
