Abstract: The disclosed embodiments include a mobile client device for providing real-time manufacturer-based financing. In one embodiment, the mobile device is configured to receive a product code associated with a manufacturer product offered for sale at a merchant location. The mobile device may further provide the product code to a financial service provider system configured to create a manufacturer-based financial service account associated with the product manufacturer. Further, the mobile device may provide, to the financial service provider system, information associated with a received account application, where the financial service provider system may create the manufacturer-based financial service account based on the received information and the product code. The mobile device may also receive a purchase code for purchasing the product using the manufacturer-based financial service account, provide it at the merchant POS location, and receive a confirmation of product purchase.

Abstract: A method and system for authorizing card account transactions by geographic region by providing data for a user interface displaying geographic regions and merchant locations each corresponding to the location of a merchant where a transaction using a card account may be initiated, receiving a user interface selection representing a request to authorize or restrict card account transactions, receiving authorization requests for desired transactions, and authorizing or restricting the transactions in accordance with the request.
Abstract: A system and method is provided for providing searchable customer call indexes. Consistent with disclosed embodiments, a system may receive call information associated with telephone conversations between callers and a vendor, the call information including an audio recording or transcript for each telephone conversation. The system may also identify one or more keywords from the audio recordings or transcripts and index the call information into one or more indexes based on the identified keywords. Finally, the system may determine search results responsive to a search query based on the indexing. In some embodiments, changes to customer service may be identified based on the search results.
Abstract: Systems and methods include an input interface that receives registration information including a contact number input into a mobile device of a user, a call interface that transmits a call signal to a call center system, wherein the call signal comprises the call signal contact number that placed a call associated with the call signal and a communication interface that transmits the registration information to a profile database that stores the registration information as a profile for authenticating the mobile device user and identifying information from the mobile device of the user during the call. The call center system includes a call authentication processor that retrieves the user profile, an authentication interface that receives the identifying information, and an authentication processor that compares the identifying information with the user profile, and routes the call on an authenticated call path if the identifying information at least partially matches the user profile.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for managing sales tax information. The information may be generated, for example, in connection with transactions involving financial accounts, such as a credit card account. The sales tax information may be received electronically from, for example, a merchant or a point of sale device. A determination may be made whether there is any missing sales tax information. If there is missing information a request may be generated and sent to a source having the information. The source may receive the request, retrieve the desired information, and transmit it to the requesting entity. The sales tax information may be stored and later retrieved for presentation to a user, such as the account holder. The account holder may use the information in completing a tax return.
Abstract: A wireless device is enabled to provide offers. The wireless device receives card data for a financial account card and stores the card data in a memory associated with the wireless device. Responsive to using the card data in a transaction at a first merchant location, the wireless device receives transaction line-item data from a computing system associated with the first merchant location. The wireless device determines merchant information for a second merchant location and determines an offer associated with the second merchant location based on the line-item data and the merchant information for the second merchant. The wireless device presents the offer when the wireless device is near the second merchant location.
Abstract: A system and computer-implemented method for providing access to data of a first party including receiving information for identifying the first party, authenticating the first party using the received information for identifying the first party and generating a first read-only personal identification number (PIN). The first read-only PIN is associated with a first set of access rights for the data of the first party and provided to a second party. The first read-only PIN is stored with the first set of access rights in a computer database. A third party receives the first read-only PIN from the second party, authenticates the received first read-only PIN using the stored first read-only PIN and provides the second party with access to at least a portion of the data of the first party using the first set of access rights associated with the first read-only PIN if the received first read-only PIN is authenticated.

Consistent with disclosed embodiments, a system may receive input data associated with a software program and compare the input data with one or more predetermined analysis parameters. The system may further determine at least one risk rating based on the comparison, wherein each risk rating corresponds to a distinct software category. The system may perform additional operations, including determining at least one adjustment to the software program based on the determined at least one risk rating, and prioritizing the at least one adjustment based on a predetermined adjustment priority standard. Furthermore, the system may provide a report including at least an indication of the at least one prioritized adjustment, a timeline for implementing the at least one prioritized adjustment, and plan implementing the at least one prioritized adjustment.
Abstract: Systems and methods for management of an account switch are disclosed. An account switch management system may include one or more memory devices storing software instructions, and one or more processors configured to execute the software instructions to receive a list of transaction entries to be switched from a first account to a second account and account information associated with the first account and the second account. The one or more processors may also determine a recommendation relating to a customer action based on the transaction entries and the account information. The one or more processors may provide the list of transaction entries and account information and the recommendation to the client device. The one or more processors may also receive a request from the client device to complete an action and transmit a notification to a processing device to complete the action.

Abstract: A computer system is enabled to process a transaction. The computer system receives a financial account holder identifier and a merchant identifier and generates a payment token uniquely associated with the financial account holder and merchant. The computer system communicates the payment token to a mobile payment device. The computer system can then receive a payment request that includes the payment token, a payee identifier, and a payor identifier associated with the payment request. The computer system can then authorize the payment request when the payee identifier matches the financial account holder identifier uniquely associated with the payment token and the payor identifier matches the merchant identifier uniquely associated with payment token.
