A server may receive a phone call and generate a uniform resource locator (URL) comprising a session identifier for an account. The server may transmit the URL to a client device. The server may receive, from a web browser, a request comprising the URL. The server may determine that the session identifier in the URL of the request matches the session identifier for the account, and transmit, to the web browser, a web page at the URL. The server may receive, from the web browser, a cryptogram read by the web page via a card reader of the client device and decrypt the cryptogram. The server may authenticate the identity of the caller for the call based on decrypting the cryptogram and the session identifier of the URL matching the session identifier of the account.

Abstract: In some implementations, a system may obtain, from a first data repository, a first dataset that includes event data associated with a generic schema. The system may infer an event-specific schema that defines an organizational structure for the event data based on common attributes identified among a plurality of events included in the event data using one or more data analytics functions. The system may store, in a second data repository, a second dataset in which the event data is partitioned based on the organizational structure defined by the event-specific schema. The system may generate a third dataset that includes a subset of the event data included in the second dataset that satisfies one or more registration parameters related to an extract, transform, load (ETL) use case. The system may provide the third dataset to an ETL system configured to process the third dataset based on the ETL use case.

Abstract: An artificial intelligence-based system and method for automatically generating and adjusting tags associated with one or more UI/UX related components or features is provided. Analysis may be performed on the data collected by the one or more tags so that design change recommendations can be dynamically recommended and/or implemented. When design changes are implemented, the system may automatically reconfigure or adjust all relevant tags. The AI-based system may be a standalone platform or may be incorporated into existing UI/UX programs.

Abstract: In some embodiments, a queue may be monitored to perform an automated adjustment related to a data item in the queue. In some embodiments, the data item may be associated with a product or service and include a code related to an access to the product or service. Based on the code, configuration information related to the product or service may be obtained. Based on a detected change related to the product or service, an indication of a set of self-support actions may be sent to a user device. One or more self-support actions (performed via the user device) may be determined, and an adjustment related to the access to the product or service may be performed based on the determined self-support actions. In some embodiments, the adjustment may include modifying a configuration of the access to the product or service based on the determined self-support actions.

In one example, such a system may include at least one memory storing instructions and at least one processor configured to execute the instructions to perform one or more operations, the operations including: receiving a transaction associated with a merchant on a list of merchants stored in the at least one memory; determining, based on the merchant, a remote server associated with the merchant; assembling a data packet including an identifier of the contactless card and an identifier of the transaction; transmitting the data packet to the determined server across one or more computer networks; receiving confirmation from the determined sever in response to the data packet; and transmitting the confirmation to a user device associated with the transaction.

The recommendation engine can at least receive a travel history log, wherein the travel history log includes a route traversed by a customer; receive a route information from a database for the route, where the route information includes an accident history for the route; generate a route traverse percentage based on the travel history log; generate a route categorization score based on the accident history for the route and the route traverse percentage; and generate a vehicle recommendation based on the route categorization score.

Abstract: Randomizations of a web page may be generated in advance and provided to a client. The client may store the randomizations in its cache. Multiple randomizations for the same web page may be provided to the client and stored in the client's cache. When a request for a web page is made, it is determined if the client has any cached randomizations. Randomizations for the probable next web page to be requested by the client may be provided to the client for storage in the cache. For example, the probability that a link will be clicked or a website visited may be determined. Those web pages and websites with higher probabilities may be determined. Randomizations for those web pages are then provided to the client for use.

Abstract: Aspects described herein may relate to systems and methods for automatically adjusting user device settings when a user attends an event or otherwise brings a user device into a context in which an automatic adjustment of settings is appropriate. By providing for automatic adjusting of user device settings, the systems and methods may achieve greater compliance with rules and other policies of airlines, performance venues, schools, and/or other entities associated with events and/or contexts in which user device settings should be adjusted. Aspects described herein may allow for automatic adjustment of user device settings without compromising a user's privacy, security, or control of a user device.

Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer-readable media are provided for determining individual item-level details associated with a transaction. A plurality of purchase transactions associated with different merchants may be displayed via a user interface. Responsive to a user selection of a first transaction, of the plurality of transactions, a camera may capture an image of at least a portion of a user receipt associated with the first transaction. The image of the user receipt may be analyzed using one or more optical character recognition (OCR) algorithms to convert the image of the user receipt into textual data. One or more character strings associated with line item-level details may be extracted from the textual data associated with the first transaction. Additional information associated with the line item details may be determined and the line item details and the additional information may be displayed via a user interface.

Abstract: Embodiments include techniques to determine a set of credit risk assessment data samples, generate local credit risk assessment attributions for the set of credit risk assessment samples, and normalize each local credit risk assessment attribution of the local credit risk assessment attributions. Further, embodiments techniques to compare each pair of normalized local credit risk assessment attributions and assign a rank distance thereto proportional to a degree of ranking differences between the pair of normalized local credit risk assessment attributions. The techniques also include applying a K-medoids clustering algorithm to generate clusters of the local risk assessment attributions, generating global attributions, and determining insights for the neural network based on the global attributions.

Abstract: Systems and methods of the present disclosure include computer systems for improving data security. To do so, an authorization request associated with a user profile is received, including a time-stamp for a profile activity, a profile identifier, and a value. Application analytics data for a software application on a user device associated with the user profile is accessed, including an open event indicator indicating a time of a loading, and a close event indicator indicating a time of a termination. An open period of the software application at the time-stamp is determined based on the application open event indicator and the application close event indicator. A reduced set of fraud checks is selected and executed when the time-stamp associated with the profile activity is within the open period of the software application. A fraud determination is generated, and an authorization notification is generated based on the fraud determination.

Upon receiving from a second account user a request for account information including the transaction information, a determination may be made as to whether the transaction information should be withheld from the second account user. Responsive to a determination that the transaction information should be withheld, a response excluding the transaction information is transmitted to the second user device.

Abstract: In some embodiments, gaze-tracking-based image downscaling for multi-party video communication may be provided. In some embodiments, a set of gaze locations may be received from a set of receiving devices during concurrent video communication sessions between the receiving devices and a sending device. Different collections of positions may be determined based on the gaze locations, and, for each such collection, a spatial indicator (e.g., a bounded region) may be determined. A first downscaled encoding of the source image (from the sending device) may be generated based on the first spatial indicator, and a second downscaled encoding of the source image may be generated based on the second spatial indicator, etc. The downscaled encodings may then be sent to the respective receiving devices during the concurrent video communication sessions.

Abstract: Platform behavior may be adapted via machine-learning-based entity lifecycle monitoring. A web crawler agent collects data comprising an entity identifier token. A machine learning model is trained to determine, based at least in part on the entity identifier token, whether a corresponding entity is associated with the computing platform (e.g., whether the corresponding entity is a platform subscriber entity for the computing platform). Based on the output of the machine learning model applied to the entity identifier token (in some embodiments, in combination with other relevant data parsed from the collected data), an indication of an entity lifecycle status and a confidence value therefor are determined. Based on the entity lifecycle status and the confidence value, a listener is bound to the platform subscriber entity. The listener monitors activity of the platform subscriber entity with respect to the platform and identifies platform action to take in response.
